The suite was roomy, the king bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and the staff members were courteous and helpful. It was convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

We were assigned two studio suites rather than a studio and a one-bedroom suite as booked and confirmed. The man working the front desk straightened that out quickly and politely. Breakfast offered variety, but not many healthy options. The yogurt was loaded with sugar, as were all of the oatmeal choices. I would think plain versions of those would not cost more, and healthy eaters would be appreciative.

The breakfast was terrific! It was the best breakfast I ever had at a hotel—biscuits, eggs, French toast, and waffles. Everything was delicious. I also liked that breakfast was served at 6 a.m. Monday through Friday so we could get an early start on the day.

I wish breakfast opened at 6 am on the weekend, too. My family had to leave the hotel early Saturday morning for the long ride back home. Breakfast was to be served at 7 am because it was a Saturday. I think it would be nice if the hotel put out cold items, like bagels, fruit etc for people leaving early. The coffee was out, though, which I really appreciated! Good coffee too!

Lady at the front counter was genuinely friendly. The front entrance was very clean. The landscaping was well maintained. Even though the Cracker Barrel was closed for remodeling, it was close and would have been convenient. The hotel was far enough off the highway to be very quiet. Ultra convenient handicapped parking - complete with some much desired shade. The pool was VERY clean.

The laundry facilities could have been a bit nicer. 2 washers and dryers would have made my experience more convenient. The hotel was advertised as being close to the Biltmore, yet it was a solid 20 minute expressway drive.

Well, I had the room with the living room area because of work, I didn't crawl in bed until 11:30 that night only to find that the sheets were soiled. Went down the next morning and asked that my sheets be changed, left for the day came back and the sheets weren't changed but the towels were replaced in the bathroom... not what I asked for, called down to the front desk and was told that the cleaning people had left for the day, however, they were able to finagle somebody up to change my sheets. Then out of nowhere people checked into the room beside me, their little one was having a really bad day because they were doing jumping wrestling moves off the top of furniture slamming into the floor, walls, ceiling, whatever they could body slam. I sat there and listened for a while and thought, please, make it stop, and then somebody knocked on their door and in the glorious voice of James Earl Jones, he had a very polite conversation and from then on it was crickets. I would rate it higher if it weren't for the soiled sheets and my request being ignored, come on, too better.

Everything was clean and the air conditioner worked really good, that was important as I was there during a heatwave, so desperately needed cool air. Room, bed and bathroom where clean and comfortable.

Nothing really, except there was not much around the hotel. However, the staff member at the desk did recommend a nice restaurant at the bottom of the hill, maybe 10 walk. I don't remember the exact name of it but it has Sushi and Burgers bar in the name and it was much better than I thought It was going to be. I'm glad I took the suggestion.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, the bedding was comfortable and the mattress was great for me. My daughter traveled with me and kept remarking on the high ceilings, it made it feel more spacious. We had a handicap accessible room and it was very well done. The bathtub had a small lip, easy to get over and there was a handheld shower with a lower attachment. There was a bath seat available in the room! In the lobby, there was a small "store" for purchases 24/7 and hot drinks were available as well. During the breakfast hours, it was rather busy, but it was well organized and well tended. I was very pleased to see how accessible everything was. The breakfast staff was very helpful and was happy to get anything that had run out while he was doing other things. It was a typical "continental" breakfast, but it was good and fresh. We went out to dinner and there were several restaurants that were very close by, in fact, if it hadn't been December, we may have walked!

The hotel is close to the highway, so truck noises were a thing, but it wasn't so bad. It can't be helped, but if you are a light sleeper, you may need ear plugs.

The room was very spacious and r he staff was exceptional.

Had requested additional towels and each time the room was cleaned our extras were taken and not replaced. Internet was spotty. Morning we checked out- had already cut service and we had to go to desk to get new code. Breakfast was ok. Butter frozen, eggs a bit runny and no taste, and biscuits just fell apart. Limited fruit.

Location and most amenities.

No eggs offered for breakfast. When we asked about them, we were told that they didn’t offer them any longer. I also found that in a ground floor room, we could hear people walking around in the room above us; also the noise attenuation from the hall and adjacent rooms was inadequate. And I didn’t even have in my hearing aids.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel's decor and renovation are new/recent. The breakfast was comprehensive. Multinational staff...Jamaicans, Indians, Latinos, and local Ashevillians.

The breakfast area is a tad cramped. Too much furniture in the room. However, this is standard for the Country Inn & Suites. Does not reflect poorly of the operators. My room was next to the elevator, which makes a loud BING-BONG when it reaches the floor. It was annoying, but I'm sure it's there to accommodate guests with disabilities.

Front desk staff were professional and friendly. They graciously got us a first floor room on request. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of channels on the tv (always a plus). Breakfast was pretty standard fare but tasty. Nice variety. The hotel location was perfect. Close enough to whichever way we were going and close to lots of restaurants. Hot coffee and water available for an early checkout. Would stay here again.

The only negative is that when you go out of your room the room doesn’t shut fully to lock it. You have to pull it shut. But once you’re aware of it you do it automatically.
