A grand hotel who's luster has faded a bit but is still quite impressive. Check-in was a breeze and had no issues with parking or anything else. A/C in the room was good as was hot water in the shower. Reasonably easy walk to Zona 4 restaurants.

The room had seen better days and there were empty space where some living room furniture used to be. The interior facing view was over a rooftop onto another building so kept the blinds closed. The Wifi was functional but Zoom calls were iffy. I ended up using mostly my hotspot. Crossing the main boulevard to where restaurants are is a lesson in patience and determination since the traffic light was out.

The air conditioner in the room was excellent and surprisingly useful. The beds were good. The water pressure was good. The parquet wood floors were old, but I liked them. The room was clean. I am very sensitive to noise, and they warned me that there was street noise and that the windows were not great sound insulators. It was a pleasant surprise that I did not have a problem at all with the noise. It all seemed distant, especially with the windows closed. The TV and cable were sufficient. The internet was good and plenty fast for me. The buffet breakfast was amazing, really good, with some fun variation day-to-day. It was convenient to not have to wait for breakfast. Where I first arrived, I was concerned that the neighborhood was sketchy. However, I soon discovered that the one block walk to Cuatro Grados Norte (a safe pedestrian area) was safe, and felt comfortable. The front desk people were helpful, professional, and communicative, as were the people in the restaurant, and the maids.

No small refrigerator in the room. The stairs to the gym were nasty, totally not clean. The hallway carpets should probably be removed. The whole place is a bit cave-like -- limited in natural light.

So I did not eat at the hotel or go to the bar but over all the hotel is very clean and super comfortable! Its at a good location and close to the city center. Around the hotel there is San Martin if you wish to eat outside of the hotel and its only a short walk. Very safe area to walk around so thats a HUGE plus!

Typical corporate hotel with its anonymity. Comfortable bed, english speaking staff.

When booking for a couple, they ask for extra 15$ if there is just one guest in the booking even though you book a room for more people. The price on booking is the same for one or two. Shower was leaking so there was flood in the bathroom after the shower. It was not possible to completely cover the windows by curtain and the neighbour building was blinking green leds the whole night. Not good for sleep.

It was in a convenient location where I have to go.

I didn't know about all the charges they were going to add to the price of the hotel. It was outrageous.

Staff are very friendly. The location is great. The bed is very comfortable.

The room is very poor. There is no water and cups in the room. There is no electrical outlet next to the bed. Very few towels. Almost no light in the room.

The comfort you get for the money was well rated

The hotel restaurant I think it was call W5 the people were ignorant and don’t seem to care about their job., I ask for a salad that had honey mustard as dressing., not only my salad was missing ingredients, but the waiter told me that in this particular restaurant they called lettuce “honey mustard” cause they didn’t have that dressing. After I called them out on it., they just didn’t seem to care and even seemed pissed when I asked for the bill.

Staff were wonderful, location great, easy to get to the zoo by UBER, and delicious restaurants in walking distance. Cons- room was laking furniture was cheap and sheets had hair.. could use lounge chairs around the pool.

Breakfast was expensive and terrible! Just terrible, I mean how could you make breakfast taste so bad right?

The rooms are very large and very good beds. the water pressure is amazing and the housekeeping very efficient and respectful. kudos for Leonel at the front desk who was amazing from the beginning to the end. THANK YOU LEONEL.!!

the breakfast stared hour a little to late 7AM. specially when you have be out early, no coffee, or drinks. and no coffee machine in the room ither.
