The breakfast was absolutely delicious. With plenty of choice, all freshly prepared, and the homemade muffins were addictive! Pam was the absolutely perfect hostess, very friendly and always happy to help in any way. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the dining area, and the garden was lovely. The location is perfect to take a short walk into Cowaramup townsite and its lovely shops and Taphouse, plus it’s perfect for visiting Margaret River and many nearby attractions. We loved our stay!

We found night times a bit noisy because of traffic. This would probably be no problem to most people, but as we live in the bush, we’re not used to any noise. I’m sure, had we stayed longer, we would have grown used to it.

Pam was so warm and kind and welcoming. Immediately felt at home. Wonderful night sleep with comfortable mattress and pillows and crisp extra clean linen. Bathroom very big and immaculate . Outdoor private balcony. Fridge microwave and sweet touches of English crockery and cutlery. I Was not expecting such a great breakfast. The homemade raspberry muffins and egg and bacon cups , brewed coffee, selection of sourdough, grain breads butter and jams , fresh fruit ( so fresh) and yogurt,Gf cereal were delicious The room was very affordable , what an excellent price for the space and the breakfast and walking distance of all on offer in cow town ! Pam was a lovely host—she made us breakfast, tea, muffins, and even ham & egg cups! She kindly lent me pipes to wash my car and gave great local tips on where to go in Margaret River and spot kangaroos. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy. Also appreciated the free use of the washer and dryer.

Dryer didn’t fully dry our clothes, but it was a nice free service, drying airer is provided in room. The entrance was right off the freeway—easy to miss at night. The room door wasn’t airtight, so we could feel some cool wind at night.

The location is along the highway and easy to find with GPS, and car parking is available. The room is clean, quiet and the deco is very pretty. There are fans in the living room and bedroom. It is a great help that there is free washing machine and dryer and these are obviously very popular. The breakfast is nice and staff is friendly and welcoming, with excellent service. Thank you.

For some reason, the fan remote control holder in our living room was too close to the aircon remote control holder above it, so we couldn't use the fan remote control to turn on the living room fan. The dining table is outside the room and it was too cold to eat outside, so we had to make do with eating in the room with not much space to put our dishes. It would be helpful to have a small, perhaps foldable table in the living room. Also, to reposition the fan remote control holder so that the remote control can be removed and used. The bedroom space is tight, not much space to put luggage, but ok for an overnight bag.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, with the guesthouse being so close to everything. Everything was so clean and beautifully kept. Pam and Brad were exceptionally accommodating, providing great breakfasts and lovely to chat to! The garden outside is beautiful to sit in and everything you need is a walkable distance. This is definitely where my partner and I will be staying during future trips down south. We had the best time and will certainly be looking to come back soon, hopefully!

Clean comfortable rooms with a cute little private courtyard. Fantastic central location & can walk to main bistro pub just a few minutes up the road. Home cooked breakfast was amazing!!! I didn’t need lunch! Super friendly hosts going above & beyond to make your stay comfortable.

I’m an early riser, so would have been great to have access to the coffee machine before 8am when the breakfast was served. Other than that, no complaints

The host was so friendly and you can tell she's put a lot of thought into everything within the room from the instructing book, to provision of local soap etc. Breakfast was good and we liked the china dinnerwear used. Good selection of teas and coffee available. Lovely garden with birds visiting. Good location of you have a car. Decent shower pressure and temperature. A great base if you have a car to explore the region.

Attractive & functional room with ultra comfortable king bed. Enjoyed delicious home cooked breakfast overlooking rose courtyard watching parrots feeding on their bird dish. Our hosts love what they do and it shows. Extra attention in how to use remote control and bringing a pot of tea to a prettily set table. Very welcoming.

Happy with everything, but if I was picky I would say, some water in a bottle rather than a jug in the fridge.

Pam is a fantastic host. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our room. The room was spacious, clean and full of character. You’re a stones throw from Cowaramup town centre for dining and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional. Pam offers a homemade selection of items and we felt comfortable and well fed to set us up for the day. We loved every moment.

The shower floor tiles were a little slippy. It might be a great idea to have a rubber shower mat inside the shower. We loved the plates, cups and cutlery but weren’t sure if we needed to clean the items as there was no kitchen sink. It maybe a good idea to explain the process in the book.

The noble grape is a B&B hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was special prepared to every guest. For example, I was informed what kind of food would be served when my wife and I went to the dining room, and asked me what kind of tea we would prefer to, then a pot of green tea was served. My wife told me that was the one of best continental breakfasts in recent years.
