My kids like to much breakfast . I like the beauty around ,all details was making the hotel special and nice ,also I liked that it was very very clean everewhere.

There was one unpleasant situation before leaving, I was asked to wait to check the minibar and it turned out that there was no vodka and Coca-Cola in the minibar, but I didn’t drink it and didn’t see that it was even there.We didn’t have problems to pay but it was unpleasant that I was accused of what I did not do so always check the mini bar on arrival and take a photo.

Beautifully decorated hotel, really smart in all areas. Economy room was huge. Also viewed the other room types and will definitely consider a sea view room in future as well as the economy room. (Not mountain view only due to main road outside.) Food was beautiful, meat was cooked to perfection (my hubby cooks and is very particular about food but loved everything.) Desserts were to die for. Breakfast has cereals, nuts, pulses, jams, yogurts, bread for toast, salad and fruits, multiple delicious pastries, Turkish omelette, scrambled, boiled and poached eggs, beans, pancakes, a spicy Turkish meat that was lovely, halloumi, sausage in tomato sauce, a Turkish wrap that was delish, ham and cheeses. Dinner options were chips, fish dish, boiled vegetables chicken dish, 1 other meat dish (saw lamb and beef on alternative nights), soup, pizza, pasta with different sauces, salad options and desserts and fruits. Water is given complimentary with each meal. Tea, coffee and juice is available at breakfast, to order a drink with dinner was reasonably priced. The Efes on draft was very smooth and refreshing. Had an issue with the electrics going off in the room on last night. Called reception and they promptly sent someone with towels (misunderstanding due to language difference bless them ) He called someone else to come and they fixed very quickly with an account of what they were going to do whenever they had to leave us in the dark-literally 😂. Rooms were lovely and clean, whole hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly and restaurant staff are very efficient.. One waiter thought we had left and cleared the table very quickly which we had a laugh about with him as it's no bother. Bellboy was very willing to help anytime we saw him, we only had 1 suitcase too. WiFi is very fast in all areas. Bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get up for breakfast. Loved the hotel, very happy with our stay there and will definitely return.

Some food dishes could have been warmer e.g vegetables, sausage in tomato sauce. This is the only little point I can make, everything was truly lovely.

The location was perfect for the concert at Chamada beach club and other clubs like coconongos and cage. The room was very big and clean. The hotel is new and luxurious. The buffet was good at breakfast and dinner. There is an Irish pub and a Gloria Jeans coffee shop built into the hotel if you feel like something different than the options of the hotel. The pool was big and had at least 30 sun loungers available. There is a spa with a hamam and gym downstairs.

The room we got had no balcony or functional window as it looked onto an interior corridor. More meat options at dinner would be better but they usually had one beef, one chicken and one fish option each night. The bathroom needed a fan.

The hotel is well situated, rooms were spacious and staff could not do anymore for you.

The evening meal was consistently disappointing in parts. Salads and desserts were great but the hot buffet did not offer a good choice to all in the party. One night the vegetarian option was spaghetti and over cooked vegetables . When asked if this was it the head waiter just shrugged his shoulders and laughed and pointed to the soup.

The room is large and spacious, and the staff is pleasant and not intrusive. The room has all the necessary amenities, with excellent WiFi that is fast and stable. You can order food to the room 24/7, which is a great option if you return after 10pm. The meals are reasonably priced and delicious. Just a tip: avoid rooms facing the inner courtyard, as they don't get much sunlight.

As for the downsides, there was only one. I hung up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but the staff still entered the room.

We liked the place the moment we arrived, the big wide lobby with modern design.. the bright colors .. the reception team were very corporative they confirm our stay in a few moments and upgrade our room from garden view to sea view "thanks İSMAIL from the reception for this touch" ☺️☺️ Room were very clean, I can comfortably rate food 9.5/10 it was very delicious We had many Various activities to do we didn't feel boring at all.

My disappointed point was the spa area, we tried twice to relax in sauna, first time was too much noise second time was electric problem.

Good food, all very clean, good staff, nice hammam and rooftop bar. reasonable value for your money

overall it was a good stay, so here I’ll just mention one significant thing: rooms with no view are pretty much windowless. mind that! the window is looking into an inside narrow corridor. okay for one night, but not more plus a number of minor things that separated it from being near-perfect: 1. no extra bed on arrival, altough we booked for 4 people. had to ask and wait 2. really loud music until midnight on Saturday night from the restaurant. we could sleep though, but get ready 3. hammam was full on Sunday morning, they just did not let us in, be aware there can be crowdy 4. table tennis rackets were unplayable and no replacement, plus the ball was not there

Room was big, balcony with swimming pool and sea view. Twin beds are big enough, a bit hard, but comfortable . Breakfast was excellent. Stuff are really polite.

I had my room reserved from friday to monday. Expected arrival time was on saturday at 3.00AM, but due to plane delays and lost connected flight to Ercan I arrived at the hotel at 9.00 AM. I wanted to have breakfast after check-in and go to my room, but the receptionist told me that I need to wait until 2.00 PM because the room is not ready yet and that I need to change dates of my booking. I told him that I did not cancel the reservation for the night … And after almost half an hour of talking he let me have breakfast and go to my room afterwards…

Friendly, clean, good quality hotel, especially liked the cleanliness, no mosquitos or bugs at all , staff were very friendly from the moment you step into the hotel, and were eager to help at all levels

No beach nearby, they do provide a shuttleserviceto a local beach club but it'snot that great, you need to travel a bit to a good quality beach, although near to the coast, bit still you have a sea view, and amazing sunrises and sunsets

The hotel is good. Everything looks pretty good, almost like new. We were with a baby (4 months old) and they installed a cot with a good mattress, this was important for us. We were also given a large room, with a vestibule, where it was comfortable to leave a baby stroller. I also want to mention the delicious food, the breakfast was tasty and quite varied. The staff is friendly, it's nice.

There is a big minus: there is a lot of audibility between the rooms (we heard everything that was happening in the neighbors’ bathroom) and noise from the closed windows from the street. The room had a view of the mountains and on the same side there was a road with active traffic. Double-glazed windows don't protect us from the road noise, perhaps our room had faulty windows.
