Big room, seemed to be recently decorated, comfy bed. Ice cube tray! We loved the location, close to metro but also a nice local neighbourhood with good places to eat.
Lift was really busy so best to take the stairs down (fire exit). We didn’t get any extra water and would’ve been better to have a water dispenser.

Good location 24 hours reception Hotel clerk helped anytime.
Too many room key problem. At first, I received card key, but it didn't work. Second, I got physical one, but it took five minutes or more to open the door. Finally, I called clerks twice when I stayed because it'd never worked.. Even clerks tried 3-4 times each when the door completely open.

Primarily the location and affordability.
The room has a musky smell. It also wasn’t well-cleaned. I saw quite a few strands of hair on the floor not long after I entered the room and they were clearly not mine. Also, one of the pillows had a smell, like oily scalp smell or something. I quickly moved it far away from me.
