Nikos the owner made contact within 24 hrs of a request. On arrival ( due to it being winter ) I was very kindly checked in earlier. To say First impressions last is an understatement. The contact , the greeting on arrival and check in was Top class. The room and whole place was absolutely spotless, peaceful, and working in tourism myself, can honestly say " Nikos thought of every single detail " There was nothing that was missing or rather every thing was more than fully equipped. I was also alone , the place was very updated with it's security regarding access . Lastly the bed, what can I say . " I never realised how much I needed such a comfortable bed" 100% amazing experience. I have already recommended to colleagues and cannot wait to come back. Our host, Nikos, was very welcoming and friendly and provided us with tips on restaurants, supermarkets, sights and also rented us a car. The building is new with high quality finish, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean, spacious (we had a suite with a great view over the town and sea and two balconies) with kitchen amenities (including some basic teas and coffee, water, honey, butter) and strong WiFi. You can also do laundry downstairs if you need to. The apartments are above the main town, about a 10-15 minute walk down (the walk back is uphill) a few minutes by car. Argostoli itself is a very pretty and charming port town and a good base to see the other parts of the island.

Our visit was in November so evenings were dark and challenging to get around narrow streets in dark...maybe a street map could be provided? Google maps often conked out in the narrow streets! the host Nikos was extremely friendly and helpful...always close at hand and willing to offer help and advice. He provided plenty of options for restaurants..but a lot of places closed out of season.... nevertheless if you can make it to the central square lots of busy and enticing bars..even in winter...Baroque bar/cafe vibrant and worth a visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Anthemis Living. To start off, Nikos the manager was very proactive in communicating with me before I arrived to Kefalonia and since I was travelling solo he helped me out in a lot of recommendations in places, as well as helping me find a car to rent. Overall he is super friendly and willing to help out in anything you need. In terms of the acommodation, it's top notch. My room was fantastic in everything it included and I couldn't have asked for more!

Location is a bit far out of town, more in a residential area. But is very close to the Argostoli city center.

The rooms are specious (and i staued in 2 different rooms), got everything you need, from pots and pans, through an oven and a microwave and up to a beach towel. As a traveler who didn't feel like renting a car/scooter, the location was good, just between the beaches on one side and downtown on the other side.

the AC was noisy. Fortunately, I didn't needed it much but I presume that on hot days and nights it may be an issue.

Highly recommend! I think that it’s a family run business, they opened in May’23… the interior is amazing, the room is with a sea view and very very spacious. The staff is very polite and attentive. The room was cleaned every day and they have changed the towels on a daily basis. There is a car parking area on the street which was a big advantage for us. Further the location is simply perfect - close to the Main Street, just a 10 min walk, very quiet area to support our relax. They even gave us a welcome complements - fruits and wine, and on our last day during the check out gifted us with a local sweets. They treated us as true guests so definitely if we come back to Kefalonia we will stay at their property again.

Our stay at Anthemis living in Argostoli was just great. The rooms are very neat, new-modern and clean and they offer a beautiful view over Argostoli. We had a spacious balcony which we could enjoy and relax at night. The city center is just 10min walk through beautiful local streets. The stuff and people are extremely friendly and hospitable! Overal we really felt like home! Absolutely recommended!

Literally nothing that we can think of.

We had a lovely stay at Anthemis Living. Location is excellent with the main town just a short walk away and it being possible to walk to the beaches near Lassi as well. Nikos went out of his way to help us with anything we needed help with and to make us feel welcome and communication was easy. The rooms have a very clean, modern and luxurious feel with a magnificent view of the town, mountains and sea. Thank you Nikos, we will surely come back here someday!

Struggling to think of anything that could’ve been improved on.

The host was really nice, friendly, kind and welcoming. Gave us several recommendations for the island and go-to places. On arrival, he offered couple of snacks, coffee, water, wine to make our day really special. Both the building and the studio was pretty new, very nice designed and clean. Really spacious room, with kitchenette and balcony with view of Argostoli. There was plenty of free parking outside of the building and around it.

Location wise, it was a 10 minute walk from centre of Argostoli but it was a bit of an uphill. You could always use the car as there was plenty of parking around the city. Small note would be to increase the cleaning frequency of the rooms to help maintain the rooms in a well condition state

Anthemis is a brand new property equipped with everything that is needed for a short or even longer stay in Kefalonia. Very comfortable, modern rooms with state of the art technology.The hosts were amazing, very communicative, sharing tips for Argostoli and Kefalonia and even providing us with beach towels in case we needed them. Staying in Anthemis was an absolutely flawless experience, totally recommending this.
