I arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, but Joan at the front desk was very kind and let me check in early. I didn’t expect that, and I really appreciated her helpful attitude. The staff were great, and the hotel was very clean. I will definitely come back again. The location is also very convenient — restaurants, supermarkets, and malls are all nearby.

The hotel was nice and cozy, with a welcoming lobby that embraced us with a pleasant scent the moment we stepped in. We were greeted by Joan, who provided exceptional service, as she has been really helpful in assisting us regarding the amenities and the check-in process. She made the stay feel so warm and welcoming by assuring us that they are just one call away.

I had wonderful stay there the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed.breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again 😊

The front desk staff on duty from 1450H is very professional in accomdating me and giving assurance that what ever is mu needs or concern shes just a dial 0 away and she will make the necessary action ASAP

Theres a remote tv in the bedroom but there's no tv, The complimentary soap, slippers and other toiletries are not yet available upon checkin nad mosy of all while i was in the shower room all of a sudden i heard someone in the livinh room, , when i checked its the maintenance guy who just went in without asking permission or even ringjng the door bell
