Was really surprised at how nice it was. Staff were so polite and courteous. Incredible spa. Delicious food. Comfy beds.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, the staff can’t do enough for you whatever you need they will sort for you, food is amazing at first glance the prices in the restaurant look expensive but they are the same as anywhere else in Lucerne so really is worth eating there as the food, the service, the views from the restaurant are just incredible, the shuttle to the town is so helpful but the walk is only 15mins, wish we had stayed longer, highly recommended

We stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The hotel is so charming, and our room had a large balcony with a breathtaking lake view – truly worth every penny. The outdoor pool is fantastic, and breakfast was very good. The restaurant serves tasty food, with equally stunning views to enjoy while dining. The reception staff were superb – so welcoming and helpful. Service at the restaurant can be a little slow in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The staff was extremely kind and made every effort to help. For instance, even though I had my own car, they gave me a lift to the pier and the Riggie train for two days of excursions, saving me the hassle of parking. Additionally, when the weather changed, the staff spent a great deal of time helping me plan alternate destinations. Their support was truly exceptional. The breakfast was truly fabulous. It offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options and was a perfect start to each day.

We were there for only one night, and it was far beyond our expectations. They upgraded us to a deluxe room with the lake view that was recently renovated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Indoor wellness was closed due to the renovation, but the Jacuzzi and Sauna outside were amazing, clean, and with beautiful views. Breakfast was very delicious and complete. Hotel dinner was also tasty, with great ambiance and reasonable prices. There was also a very convenient on-demand transit between the hotel and Vitznau station!

It has absolutely amazing views from the balcony and a great outdoor pool area. They also take you into vitznau to the ferry area and pick you up . So if you don’t have a rental car they do that for you. There’s also a public bus stop close to the hotel but it’s a walk uphill and down

I wish they also cleaned the balconies. Ours was covered in months of bird feces so sitting outside was not the most pleasant experience

We were blown away by Flora Alpina! The view of the lake from our room was stunning especially being able to watch sunset from it. The pool, hot tub, and spa area was amazing and extremely relaxing. It was all open from 9am-9pm which was great and allowed us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the services after a long hike. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, answering all questions and giving recommendations for the surrounding area. This is a great location so stay at for hiking Stoos and Rigi as both were easy to get to by bus.

Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast served was very good and the staff were very helpful. We travelled with a dog and on arrival they had placed two dog bowls and a dog blanket. The extra touch was very sweet! The sunset views from the hotel are incredible. You can even see the sunset from the hot tub and pool outside! Would definitely recommend

There wasn’t much choice of restaurants to eat at in the area. But not the hotels fault whatsoever just the location. Best to visit the area in a car.

Beautiful Location. The staff was amazing and very professional. The view from our room and the beds are uber comfortable. Very good food at their restaurant and breakfast has astonishingly the best scrambled eggs ever rated in a hotel.

Fitness room is a bit creepy, not well illuminated and the walls are very dull. Elevator doors are dirty and an overall refresh of the common spaces would be appreciated.
