We had a lovely stay in Goldau with my wife and our dog Olly. The apartment is small but truly cozy, with everything you need — even for preparing a nice dinner at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the self check-in via smartphone was very convenient. The location is perfect for anyone planning to take the famous train to Mount Rigi — the nearest station is just a 3-minute walk away, which was ideal for us.

There were a few very minor issues that didn’t affect our overall experience, but might be worth mentioning: Upon arrival, we had some trouble accessing the building because our mobile network’s roaming wasn’t strong enough to use the app or website, and we hadn’t received a keypad code as an alternative. The bathroom ventilation runs for about 20 minutes after switching off the light — perhaps a bit long. We noticed that some elderly guests had difficulties paying for parking, as only app payments were accepted and credit cards weren’t supported. Despite these small points, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The room had everything needed for a short stay. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good. Balcony was a bonus. Kitchenette was okay for basic food preparation. Rooms were quiet. No air-conditioning, but a table fan was fine for cooling on the warm nights.

Check in was digital. Our phones stopped working as soon as we arrived in Switzerland. They work in many European countries, but not Switzerland. We bought a sim, but it didn't work, so we had no way of entering room or ringing help number on arrival. Fortunately lady coming out of building made call for us and we were issued with key cards. Parking could only be paid with cash, Swiss Francs, or online. We didn't have Swiss Francs or working phones. This whole process proved to be very stressful.

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we need. Internet was fast and stable enough to allow us to plan our trip and share pictures with friends and family. Location was great, we were able to go for a quick jog to the lake side and see some amazing views and grab breakfast on the way back. It was close enough to all the other attractions we wanted to see by car.

A little noisy, and we didn't have access to the shared bathroom which we thought we would be able to use. However the bathroom that came with the room was clean and nice, just a little inconvenient with 5 people.

The studio was great, clean and spacious, had pretty much everything we needed, the beds comfortable, the small kitchenette very usuful and the location was really good (near the highway so really close to Lucerne and all attractions in the area). The window blinds close all the way down so it was quiet inside and dark and you didn’t hear the traffic (as the location is near a highway the street can be pretty trafficked) so the rest was assured. The communication was good and clear, the self check in was useful (as we arrived later in the day) and it was a nice bonus they had a washing room in the building to use (paid, but a very small price - 1 CHF/50 mins so with 3 francs you get to wash and dry completely a load - but you need to bring your own detergent). We managed to pay the parking with one of the apps mentioned (not difficult to install and set up).

You need internet and phone battery to check in (we used the app) so just be aware of this - good thing was the wifi was all around (even in the parking garage).

key collection is a little bit confusing (I needed to wait 15 mins as two people before me truly struggled and there was no second screen to log in), odd arrangements of the kitchen - everything was there but having cutlery hidden in the most bottom drawer is very odd. We needed to install a separate app, setup account with them to pay for the car park.

Modern and roomy (for two) apartment with comfortable beds and a great shower. The TV started to come away from the wall after the first night but was repaired by the following morning. Staff are polite and quick to reply to any queries. Good base to explore the local area, such as Rigi Kulm, Luzern and Zurich.

Paying extra for parking, although the price was fairly low compared to other parking in Switzerland. The hotel is on a busy road towards the edge of town, so there's quite a lot of traffic noise during peak times. The kitchen is equipped with only very basic equipment, for example it would be helpful to have a sieve.

The self check in was easy. Staff were very friendly and responsive and easily contacted via WhatsApp. 10 mins walk from the train station that connects you to Luzern and other towns. Lovely cosy place with a kitchen and balcony!

It would have been good if there was a double bed as we were expecting for a couple instead of two twin beds as they were uncomfortable especially pushed together and admittedly the room looked much bigger in the photos but as it was two of us it was fine for us, otherwise no issues!

Neat and clean room. 10 minutes walking distance from Arth Goldau Station. Room was comfortable. A grocery shop is located closeby at the station itself . The accommodation seems to be new. Room was comfortable although little small for 3 person. But for the money paid, it was good value

Check in was a problem as my mobile network was not functioning well in the area. As the hotel is without a staff, this could be a problem especially if you Check in late. I was fortunate that a couple was entering the hotel when I was moving in and they helped me.

I personally loved that check in and access was managed digitally. The location was really easy to find and not far off the main highway. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The bed was a basic Ikea style thin mattress but seemed relatively new and was in good condition. While not uncomfortable, it also wasn't comfortable. The location itself was a good location to take the train somewhere or drive somewhere. There were a few restaurants within a decent walk (40 minutes to the lake) and a coop (grocery store) nearby. That being said, there is nothing else this area has to offer. Schwry was booked out so this was a decent alternative. Just know what you're getting and you'll be satisfied.

A bit tricky with a parking politics, but it´s actually my fault, I overlooked that parking is available but parking is not included in the price. Nothing dramatic, what could not be solved...
