The property is easy to navigate to and the on-site parking (€3)is a big plus! Just a 5 minute walk to the lake and we got a free pinsa at their other property right by the lake (beach bar). We just had a one night stay and it felt perfect for a quick stop at lago di garda. Breakfast looked very good and tasted great! We even got a departing gift at check-out.

The rooms are rather small, which is fine for a quick stopover but for a longer stay with more luggage, could be quite challenging. There is not a lot of ”hanging space” for example your beach towels (we didn’t have a balcony but some rooms do).

The Incanto di Luna team were brilliant, nothing too much bother, friendly with a great service ethos. Room delightful and comfy. Breakfast was stunning, probably the most impressive continental I’ve seen. Took a bike into Sirmione and was very grateful for great location. The cherry on the cake is definitely the Bistro! Delicious food, great atmosphere in a stunning location. Try it.

The road outside is busy. No road noise (we were at the front) and it made it really easy to get to (LN026 bus drops off outside), no practical issue at all, so being super-picky.

Very clean. Lovely staff. Large room. Streaming services. Good breakfast. Excellent aircon which was very helpful as it was between 34/38 degrees when we were there.

It’s a little distance from the nearest town but it’s not an issue. Bus stop right outside for both directions and only €3.40 to Peschiera/Desenzano/Sirmeone old town and all three only take between 10-20mins.

I think this place is perfect in terms of location (a bit away from masses of tourists), service, and hospitality. This place has amazing breakfast, rooms have good sound isolation, attention to details is amazing, beds were supercomfy, this place has parking place and bikes for just 4€/day! Btw, bikes are best to move around Sirmione. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel seems to be new. Everything was very clean. The bed and shower were wonderful. The staff is very kind and welcoming.

Just a comment/suggestion that would improve the breakfast experience a bit. The eggs were not warm. As the hotel is quite small and has few guests, they should prepare the eggs by ordering and serve them freshly boiled or scrambled, for example.

We chose the hotel as a starting point for day trips to the Gardaland amusement park. It turned out to be a great decision. But already on the first evening of our stay, we were surprised by bad weather with hail, which completely destroyed the cars of all the guests. The owners proved to have an exceptional feeling for people, and despite the fact that they themselves experienced enormous damage, they first helped all the residents. It is because of them that I will remember the vacation, despite all the problems, as one of the most beautiful.

Very comfortable room within 400 m walk to the lake. Secure parking on site . A 10 min drive to the old town . Breakfast was exceptional and the owner takes a lot of pride in her presentation and selections available. The voucher for a free pizza at their local bistro was also a pleasant surprise . The Pinsa was very tasty.

The free pinsa in the same company's nearby restaurant down on the lake was exquisite and made the end of our day a real treat. All staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was a good size and comfortable, with quiet AC and a good shower. A good breakfast - with slightly confusing portion control!

Not too far from the city center, close to the beach. Our room was clean and spacious. Although it’s next to the main street we didn’t hear anything. The hotel had thought about every single detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you! 👍🏻

Incanto di Luna is a beautiful small property five minute drive from the centre. Beautiful little beach across the street. The house and rooms are kept immaculately clean, so comfortable. Everything looked like newly refurbished. The rooms are amazing, spacious and so comfortable. The whole property is beautiful. We stayed in 4 different hotels on our trip, and Incanto di luna was definitely the best. Its like a little 5 star boutique. Fabulous breakfast, everything so fresh. Fresh fruit and organic eggs and fresh pastries and bread. The breakfast display is a piece of art with everything prepared in little cute glass containers. Loved it. Fresh coffee prepared for each guest. A lot of attention and detail has gone in to every aspect of this little hotel.
