I liked the hotel's friendly atmosphere, nice breakfast and clean room. This is my second stay here, so I can say that I like this hotel. The location with respect to the university and the S-bahn is great.

I didn't like that my room on the ground floor was a bit noisy in the morning, so I could not sleep with the windows opened, which I preferred being that it was nice and warm in Hamburg. I assume that the rooms upstairs are a bit better with respect to this.

The size of the room was generous. The location is very good. Paid parking closely, public transport close by and if needed, supermarkets etc also within walking distance. Staff are friendly.

The room has no fridge or coffee/ tea making facilities. If people speak outside and the windows are open, you can hear everything. If windows are closed, then it's OK. Unfortunately there's no AC, so the room tends to get warm with closed windows, but it's not a deal breaker.

A cosy hotel on a few minutes distance from the Harburg Rathaus S-bahn station, within walking distance of all the amenities in town so ideally located for city trips to Hamburg itself. Nice room, great shower! Lots of breakfast options. Overall good experience, and great choice for business travellers looking for no-nonsense accommodation.

The pillow was somewhat uncomfortable.

Very spacious and clean room, close to Harburg trainstation. Good value for money in case you're staying just one night and continue your journey through Harburg station.

Rooms are not very isolated from sound. We could easily hear people in the room next door. The beds were not super comfortable, but it was acceptable for one night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast seemed small at first but it had everything I needed. The noise level of the outside shouldn't scare anyone away, the windows blocking great!

The room had signs of late reparations, they could be finished with a few minutes of painting.

The hotel is very close to the S-bahn station and easily reachable. It is a small, cosy, family ran hotel where I felt very pleasant and calm. It is also quiet and I could get a very nice rest in the evening. The breakfast is very good!

I liked everything. Just the street the hotel is in, is a bit dark at night.

Mr Bashkim war very friendly and gave lots of relevant information. The room was much bigger than I had expected and it was very clean as well. The location is very convenient with a metro station close by. Parking was also easy (paid but affordable).

People should be aware that there is a party hall nearby and might get a bit loud. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you are looking for an ultra quiet room take ear plugs.

Location and the staff.

The sheets when we checked in had a blood stain on it. Thankfully, they changed it the following day upon our request, but it was a god awful experience to see it and have to sleep in it for the first night since we checked into the room using their lockbox system!

Clean and tidy, the manager was friendly and welcoming :). 5 minutes walk to the train station & 10mins train to the city centre. There is 2 fitness gym walking distance, the closest one is for female only which is 2 minutes walk down the road, a lot of restaurants and shops around the area. Perfect place to chill and relax.

Hotel Jeta is a nice and cosy hotel, the room was modern and clean, with everything you'd expect. The man at the reception and serving breakfast was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet (typical German breakfast) was good value for money. There is a paid car park very close to the hotel and a subway station within a few minutes walking distance.

My room was close to the reception area, so you could overhear phone calls / conversation from the room. Only happened once though, and it was quiet at night.
