building mgmt w/o prior notice close s/pool at morning the next day b4 checkout... so frustrating coz its d reason why we choose to stay here... we been infomed s/pool close on monday but then they said close at morning every wed n friday... kesian my kids . . very3 frustrated with d management of the apt.. too bad

The apartment is comfortable, cozy, and my kids excited with the mario theme.. Very clean and suitable for a family with kids to stay.

I would to suggest to add in a little bit of kitchenware. Maybe a few bowls and a knife with a cutting board.

New place, clean, quiet, good facilities especially the swimming pool for the young children. Walking distance to eateries and grocery stores.

Electric cookware (the pan) function labelled in chinese words, not quite sure how it works.

The room design is attractive and well-equipped with essentials like towels, shower gel,shampoo and hair dryer. It also provides kitchen utensils, which is a nice touch. The room is spacious and comfortable, and having two toilets is a great convenience.

I checked into my room around 5:30 PM, but the floor was still wet. I provided feedback to management but received no response. I also inquired about extending my checkout time, but there was no reply to that request either. Additionally, the checkout process involved a longer wait due to room inspection and returning the deposit, which is something I’ve not encountered with other hosts. One suggestion: it would be helpful to provide larger cups for hot drinks. Overall, everything was generally fine and acceptable, but I also recommend adding video clips or clearer guidance for accessing the parking area. We had difficulty finding a parking space, and such visuals could improve the overall experience and make the service feel more professional.

I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos — even better in person. The host was super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect — close to local attractions and food spots, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The little touches like complimentary clean towels, and fast WiFi really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a home away from home. Definitely coming back again!

New and everything works fine. Front desk staff, Thirah (if I'm not mistaken) is helpful. Modern interior design. It would've been better if there was a chair on the balcony. Big swimming pool. Convenience stores nearby. Tips: prepare cash deposit to avoid unnecessary problems after checking out.

The room is clean but there are a few noticeable stains on the bedsheet and towel. The sofa pillow smells like perfume from a previous guest. Free parking spaces are limited, once more people come here it can be a hassle finding a parking spot.

I love the deco, it's a new place.

There is Kopi Ping nearby, and a Chinese restaurant (unsure if it's Chinese Muslim or not), but there are food. GrabFood is equally easily accessible. There are convenient stores - which helps if you need to buy water. And there's parking provided.

Terms of the parking was not disclosed: whether it is exclusive or not. They said that it's first come and first served basis but I'd rather have sure reviews because it's easier to plan ahead (whether we should bring cars or not)

Everything was satisfying for family staycation. The one we stay was Super Mario theme. Really big space. Got 2 living room, andoid tv, free wifi, 2 bedroom with bathroom both room, corner lot with balcony. All rooms got AC. Really appreciated when we got back our deposit even after we info them one of their chair was broken after we noticed. Thanks for the trust. Staff really friendly. Highly recommended place for holiday. Definitely will come back here anytime. 🥳

It may get a bit noisy with sounds of people and kids using the pool in the morning if u get a place facing the pool area. Moreover, the deposit system is another problem as I have not receive my deposit back even after more than 7 working days…
