The property was very close to USA visa application center. Staff were helpful and polite.

The bedsheets looked like as they were not washed properly. Stains were visible on the sheets . Daily changing with cleaned washed sheets is a must in hotels. The hotel definitely need to get new bed sheets!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms and good food.

During the booking of hotel I mentioned the late check-in and late check-out time. But when I checked in around 3am, hotel was locked initially. But I didn't have to wait long the staff came and opened the doors and let me in. And I couldn't do the late check out but staff was kind enough to take care of my luggage for few hours.

The location is a great plus due to the vicinity of the Visa Application center. Breakfast served hot and tastes good.

You can do better in cleanliness, for me the bed sheets seem not changed and the bathroom had leakage in the basin and had a pungent smell.

Property is located walkable distance to us consulate biometric. Breakfast was ok.

One staff member, I don’t know his name he is young and he didn’t even know how to smile and talk. He was eagerly waiting for tip.

Common living room (I thought my room had a private living room as shown in the pics ) is a big upset. My booking is as given below: Bed(s): 2 single beds, 1 large double bed For [Sanitized] Deluxe Double or Twin Room But what I got is different!! No 2 single bed but separate mattress on the floor which is fine.Staff was helpful.But the point is booking.com AD for this property is misleading that it will have 2 single bed and 1large double bed along with the private living room!! What i got in the end is - 1 room with large double bed and extra 2 mattress on the floor with a common living room with other 2 rooms on the floor.
