The pool was enticing but we were in Middleboro on family business so we just needed a bed for the night and your rooms were both near to our worksite and more reasonable than most others. As with buying homes, renting a room overnight too expensive to make such purchases on a regular basis. Our first experience at Casa was 50 years ago when it was a Days Inn and cost $40 a night wilth all amenities. I suppose once your improvements are finished, your rates will go up and only Rodeway will be reasonable in Middleboro area.

Some inconvenience due to reno but we have always tried to stay at that location until it became lodging for construction workers for some years. Glad to discover you are back to accepting regular travelers. We look forward to staying with you in future.

My BFF and I stayed for 1 night. We wish we could have stayed for longer. The room setup with the fridge and microwave was great. We had a 90's party to attend, and the staff were so great and took our pic dressed in our 90's outfits in front of the amazing pool. We went to breakfast in the morning and had the delicious waffles. We did not want to leave. We wished we could have stayed another night and were able to hang out at the pool. I love that the sink is not in the bathroom. It makes so much more sense. If you need us to come back and take a ton of photos, let me know. We would definitely be game for that. 😉 I can't wait to hopefully go back before the summer ends.

We didn't like that we had only booked 1 night. We would have loved to be there for another night so we could have enjoyed the pool.

The room fit my expectations and needs for a one-night stay. The shower had good water pressure, the TV and coffee machine worked properly, and the bed had soft sheets. The location was also good, with it being close to the highway and a reasonable drive from Plymouth, where I spent my evening. I can't speak to the breakfast or the pool, since I didn't take advantage of those features.

The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but not uncomfortably so. The bathroom also had dim lighting and could be a bit brighter. The hotel also had thin walls, and I could hear multiple doors being slammed as people left their rooms in the morning.

Overall, it was a great experience, especially for the pricing

I did not like the fact that the guy with room service just keyed himself in and yelling and asking me if I wanted room service while I was sleeping I didn’t get a door sign or anything to prevent that from happening but he just walked right in and again YELLING asking if I wanted room service when he clearly saw that I was sleeping

Booking.com did not send the reservation in a timely manner. It took me over an hour to check in, one of the calls to Booking.com I got hung up on. The other, did nothing to help. At 1am, clerk let me in but I got a call at 4am in my room because they STILL DID NOT GET THE RESERVATION FROM BOOKING.COM I got almost NO SLEEP AT ALL, this was a HUGE waste of time, money, and aggravation. Would have been better off sleeping in my truck at a rest stop, and would have gotten more rest that way. They had the NERVE to "generously" offer me a $25 partial refund for a $94 room I spent a total of like 4 hours sleeping in. Insulting customer service on their end.

Excellent value, helpful staff, easy drive to New Bedford and Cape Cod. Great pool, laundry facilities. Stayed for 10 nights with my 9 year old daughter, and my adult disabled son.

Breakfast mostly breads/carbs, exercise room closed, some rowdy guests on the weekends. Changed rooms because the first one smelled of pot.

Room and staff were great.

I cannot in good conscience give you anything but a "1" on the coffee. Please do something better than that awful machine. The coffee was horrible. But...based on past visits, I was not surprised. I had just hoped it was fixed from our last visit.

Did not partake in breakfast. Location was central to event we attended.

All was good...except the pillows inside the cases were not cleaned and had no pillow protectors on them. One pillow case was dingy looking and one pillow was smaller then the other 3 standard ones.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to help and were very polite. Definitely the best deal around!
