The room itself is very large for European hotels, and thoughtfully designed. The view is amazing, the rooftop was great for having coffee in the morning. The hotel in general is a work of art. I mean, it's a literal art gallery. Such a unique experience. Even though there no "proper" breakfast, the staff brings amazing pastry to the room every morning (just send them a WhatsApp and they're there in 5 minutes). There's a kitchen with eggs, meats, granola, yogurt.. everything you need. Stefano and Marat at the front desk were incredibly accommodating and made us feel like royalty.

The only thing that could be improved is that the bathroom has no ventilation. Not a huge deal but could bother some people.

Great building. Great views, great location, best breakfast around. Once again Georgio was exceptional with his service, a true professional and Alessandra was very sweet and gave me great advice and assistance with booking all sorts of restaurants, taxis and other services. All the staff and housekeeping are great. They made the cost worth the return visit.

Rooftop dinner is expensive. The restaurant around the corner was much better in price and and the food was delicious! Authentic Roman dishes.

5* hotel with 2*facilities, I mean nothing !!! In a “5*” hotel you don’t cook your breakfast, wash dishes, clean the kitchen afterwards , this is what you do at home . They provide you with a basket of bread and pastries in the morning. You also have 4 eggs, one jar of milk in the fridge, bit like the jail breakfast ! Cleaning lady came one time at. 5 pm , bit late … Rooftop restaurant, total ripoff, I paid 14€ for a beer , huge prices for food and drinks and believe me I’m a spender! Word to the wise for the owner : You are in luck with your staff and your location, otherwise you’ll be in big trouble.

What is not to like? We LOVED it. This property captures everything fascinating about Rome. It has layers and incorporating the modern with history was at forefront. This is the spirit of Rome. Everything about the property is top notch from service to location to room accommodation. The staff wants to help you and that is real and felt. Usually by September, traveling can be a bummer because the locals are tired of tourists. This is the first time that I did not feel that in any way. Exceptional staff. We were eloping in Rome during our stay and I cannot say enough positive things regarding the eagerness and helpfulness of the staff. They handled everything even though it was not their job. From meeting and paying my florist, storing my flowers, arranging transport, parking our vehicle… you name it. We would 100% stay here every time we come to Rome. I’ve never said that about anyplace before. It’s thoughtful and well done but not overdone. We visited a few Michelin locations in Rome during this stay and those dusty attitudes could learn many things from this bright and positive property. Class and value all the way. To all of my friends at the front desk, thank you again. You made our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable.

I have zero negative feedback

Alltogether a great stay. Unusal location, very modern in an old building, combination of art gallery and appartment hotel. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, rolls for breakfast delivered to the room, where a number of other breakfast items were supplied to prepare your own breakfast. Super-comfortable beds. On the roof, a terrace restaurant and a cocktail bar, probably gorgeous in summer on a nice evening. Since we were there in early March, we did not use it, but looked very promising. Location great, if one likes to walk, basically everthing is in walking distance (Colloseo 15 min, Fontana di Trevi 20 min, St. Peter less than 45 min.

Complimentary water, coffee, fruit and each room has a kitchen so you can feed yourself if needs be. 6. You’re living in an art gallery, with a rooftop bar - the whole place feels vibrant at the same time as calm: it’s very difficult to explain.

1. Hard to find anything not to like. It’s not the hotel’s fault but you’ll hear the seagulls in the morning! 2. Also better curtains/blinds on the interior windows would make it even better.

It’s an extraordinary hotel and the staff are more than helpful not to mention delightful. Our room was beautiful and so well equipped. The staff helped us with allowing us to stay much longer in our room because of a late flight and then a delay. No hesitation at all. The architectural accomplishments are superb and the art gallery very interesting. But I have to say that despite the beauty of the hotel itself it was the staff who made our stay there such a wonderful experience.

Location is great, literally beside Roman forum and walking stance to Coloseum and other stuff. Great restaurants close by and roof bar has great view

Unfortunately air conditioning didn't work in our deluxe apartment and we couldn't sleep for the first night and night Portier couldn't do anything about it, but to be fair the next day they offered to move to another room which was great

What i like about this hotel is how unique and special, the design of the room and how big is it comparing to the price it’s jackpot definitely i will come back again, i also i want to mention gogo and reema they were so helpful. To be honest all the staff were helpful from the house keeping and technician to the reception no body tell me to mention there name , they make my staying from great to perfect. Thanks for having me in my special occasions and hope to see you soon.

What a cool place!! My husband is an architect and found the design details and interior fantastic. I made this booking so he didn't know what he was walking into and was pleasantly surprised. The room was huge! We had an excellent view, super close to the main sights in Rome. We also had dinner on the rooftop restaurant - great food! All in all a different experience; the gallery below was exhibiting my favorite artist, also a surprise! And the kitchen in the room came in handy to store my dog's food. The staff was also super sweet to him! We loved it.

I think the bathroom could have been in better condition, but that's just nitpicking.
