It turned out the property was 4 or 5 rooms each on 2 floors of an apartment block. It was not easy to find and there was no obvious signage. Eduardo arrived to show us the ropes. The location couldn’t have been better - about 50 metres to the Piazza Maggiore. Breakfast was at a bar/cafe just up the road (included in the room price) and we ended up having quite a few Aperols at the end of the day, sitting outside - incidentally it was cheaper if you sat inside rather than outside! The property was modern and very clean. Our room was large and had a comfy bed.

Quality! Of every detail - from the doors, windows till hygiene things and provided water. I have never seen such attention to details (Even informative booklet was printed on the high quality paper). It felt inside the room like 4 star hotel rather than guesthouse. It exceeded our expectations. Profesional attentive staff. Location is right in the heart of Bologna, from the window is possible to see Piazza Maggiore Spacious room. Included breakfast was good bonus to have. Fresh made cappuccino and croissant + juice in nearby bar Climate control in the room.

The location of this B&B could not be better. It is right in the center of Bologna. The unit has a lift and its owners are very security conscious. Even so the area is very busy, sounds do not penetrate. Breakfast at the nearby Gran Bar was adequate (coffee, juice and a croissant) . It opens at 7:00. AM I would highly recommend this establishment. The train station is about a 1/2 hour walk if you go out the main entrance. Buses are also available and cabs park out front. We did the hop off/on bus, which I would not recommend. All the main attractions are in the center.

Easy walk from station, even in the rain, with covered walkways. Excellent location overlooking the beautiful main square with a lift and balcony and close to all ammenities. Large comfortable bed. Massive room and bathroom in old building but accommodation very modern. Excellent communication with Edoardo, meet and greet with a friendly smile and thorough introduction to the accommodation etc.

Very accommodating host. The location was perfect. Walkable from the train station with our suitcases. So close to all of the eateries and shops. The sound proofing on the windows is great! There was live music in the piazza both nights we were there and with the windows closed, you could hardly hear a thing. Communal living area that has dining tables and a coffee machine. Bathroom is spacious as is the room itself.

Location was excellent - couldn't have been more central. Rooms were very functional and excellent bathrooms. Breakfast was OK (quite meagre but nice waiters).

Lack of staff. We were desperate to check in by 14.00-15.00 (tired after a very early morning flight) but Anna could only get to us at just after 16.00 ... and it was raining ! Also after the first night, I messaged Anna asking if there could be some milk in the coffee room or bedroom, plus some shower gel which had run out, but nothing was done during the rest of our stay.

Beautiful room, clean and spacious, right next to the Piazza Maggiore in Bologna. Easy to access, very quiet with the windows closed. We kept it open as the square was full of music and we enjoyed all the sounds coming from it. Breakfast was simple but good at the cafe right on the square, great for watching early birds visiting the city. Bologna is a wonderful, vibrant city, full of nice squares and great shops and restaurants. We will definitely revisit it.

The location was very good and the host was excellent but in relation to breakfast provided at a local cafe, when we arrived there at 0800 we were told by the young man inside that we should come back later because he wasn't ready. We were in a hurry to get to the airport so we went somewhere else.

The signs on the doorside of the property should be improved to clearly say its name. We wasted time walking up and down the street before establishing the correct doorway to enter.

Very central position and room to sit on the balcony watching people in the square. The bed was very comfortable. Good quality.

A bit impersonal. The price on the English version of Booking.com was 25% more than on the German site, so I had to cancel my original booking and rebook with German cookies at the lower price.

Met at the apartment by a wonderful host who explained about the place. Perfect location at the main square. Lots to see and do in walking distance.. Beautiful old building that has been fully updated and tastefully done. Apartment looks out on the busy walkway but the upgraded high quality windows keep any noise out when desired. Highly recommend for a stay in Central Bologna.

We could not stay longer because of our schedule. We really Liked everything, the building even has a Lift. Will stay again when in the area.
