We were very impressed with the room. Having a microwave in the room was a bonus. We were able to cook ourselves some bacon, eggs and baked beans for breakfast. Toaster in the cupboard so well prepared. The hot water was fantastic, hot and great when having a shower, mostly in the cold weather Melbourne has. Friday and Saturday night we put the heater on and this did not seem to get hot so I told the manager Sunday morning before leaving the motel. Probably double check the room is in good working order before travellers attend the place. Overall our stay was really good. Customer service was more than a 100%. They were so great to help whenever they could, or when we asked. Have told our other friends to book there next time we are in Melbourne to play darts.

No there was nothing we didn't like.

The property had a room big enough for my family of 6. As we were transiting through Melbourne to Darwin we were able to checkout late with a day charge so had time to rest before catching our flight in the evening.

Some of the information on booking.com was different from the hotel’s such as the day charge fee. It is important to update details in Booking.com when business ownership and policy changes.

All rooms and toilets are clean and very spacious with dining tables. The family room is especially spacious and ample bed for 4. There are extra pillows in the wardrobe. This is an older motel building, but the toilets are updated and modern. There's tea/coffee/sugar/cookies, kettle and microwave. There's ample facial tissues and toilet tissues. It met our basic needs of clean bedding and toilet for restful night. Our overseas guests find the rooms clean. Location is closed to halal eateries and Mt Dandenong attractions.

The microwave is okay but showed signed of rust on the door panel. Please replace these microwave units, if you can. Please include more sugar sticks, and perhaps include bigger mugs in addition to the small tea cups. The towel railings and toilet door knobs, may need to be replaced.

The room was very clean and comfortable and looked newly renovated. Heater worked great. Bathroom was spotless and the shower was good also.

A few riff raff hanging around but they kept to themselves. Not somewhere I would stay with my kids. But perfect for a solo stay or couples.

The room are new upgrade and the floor is good because not the carpet one that usually stain and dusk, but the floor is really better than carpet one.

Nothing to complaint about maybe the laundry room can be little upgrade in future. :)

Nice, clean and just right for our needs. You get the usual little complimentary soaps etc. The housekeeper was nice too. There's also free WiFi if you need it, just don't forget to get the password when you pick up the key. Parking was good. There was sufficient parking for the units. We booked two delux double rooms. Each room had a mini fridge, toaster, ironing board and iron and kettle. There was a spare blanket in the wardrobe which was great. It's not the Waldorf Astoria, but it's perfect if you're just looking for a place to leave your bags and rest your head. Location in the South East of Melb is great too.

Our rooms were booked for three people each, but there were only enough towels and soaps for two guests. Also would've been nice to have an extra pillow or two in the wardrobe, just in case.

Room was great, more spaces was very happy with the room overall

My only criticism was the car parking, it would be nice to have your room number on the parking in front of your room, instead of coming back on your outing late at night and drive around looking for parking, sorry.

Convienant to where we wanted to go, staff helpful, quiet, had what we wanted in the room. Car parking onsite.

Could do with a spring clean on window ledges and skirting but overall clean and welcoming.
