The room was spacious and the beds were extra comfortable!! Everything we needed or could need was right there. With kids it was really nice having that room for them. The cinnamon rolls for breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Also, the hotel was close to all the things (ice cream, the river, BLINK, etc).

Both the shower and sink were plugged? Neither drained very fast. The shower ceiling was in need of a good cleaning. Found it odd that the light was mostly in the shower. I don't think electric and showers mix. Also the shower head was not able to be moved so it was a lot of crouching to get in the water. I'm 6' imagine how much my son had to crouch he's 6'4"! Also, would have been nice to mix up breakfast each day.

Molly at the front is great! Breakfast had a lot of options and was nice to have and the food and sitting area was very clean. Loved that the indoor pool was open. Pool area and gym were mostly clean. Room was big, super comfy, and I always like having coffee and tea in the room. Fridge was a plus! Room and bathroom were clean. They have a shuttle that takes you to different areas and there’s a restaurant in the same parking lot. Great area, great value, and very convenient!!!!

Staff was great, breakfast was amazing! Pool was warm.

We ordered on bookings.com, the listing said "bedroom 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 queen bed, living room one sofa. It was all three beds in one room. We got this suite because of bedroom one and bedroom two, we had kids that needed put to bed where they couldn't see each other and keep each other awake. It all worked out just not what we thought we were getting at all for the price we paid.

My family and I came to go to the newport aquarium so we were very close to it staying at this hotel. The room was large enough and very comfy. My only complaint was no lighting above the coffee pot area made it difficult to see what I was doing trying to make some coffee. The breakfast bar was awesome. It had so many choices that even a picky 6 year old was happy.

Just one elevator did make the wait times a little long sometimes, but nothing awful.

It was very clean and inviting. The bed was amazing!

The water in the pool was very cold. Too cold to swim in. Breakfast wasn’t the best. The pancakes weren’t the best…to small and the machine was tearing them up. I didn’t like that they had ppl working on the room above us. We were woke up at 6am to loud beating,

Ms. Fatima is a front desk associate who made our stay a beautiful experience. Saying that she goes above and beyond is an understatement. Fatima does not need to be an employee. Fatima needs to be in upper management she has leadership skills that will be a benefit for the entire corporation. Fatima exemplifies cross-cultural expertise that many can learn from. Thank you, Ms. Fatima, you made our families stay one to remember.

The staff were the best! The lady whom cooks the breakfast deserves a raise. She cooks that food with her whole heart and soul. I could smell it on the third floor! It was busy because of the concert and the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally polite and patient. The housekeeping ladies were all friendly and polite and helpful. They all deserve a raise! Definitely will recommend and we will be back!

The pool was closed but we didn’t have time to swim much if it was but would have if it was open.

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Reception staff were warm and friendly on arrival after a stressful jouney from the UK, and continued to be helpful whenver we needed them. Bedroom (room 308) was impeccably clean, nice large bed and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Decent shower with plenty of power and hot water. Great location to get over the river for the Bengals. The $1 shuttle bus that links Newport to Covington via downtown Cincinnati every 15 minutes was a welcome surprise (it stops directly outside the hotel) - they really should mention this in the hotel facilities as it was a real bonus. Reasonable breakfast with plenty of choice.

The only thing I didn't like was the paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast, but that didn't spoil my stay.

It was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable.

Had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed, although we had a reservation for 5 people in our Queen suite. We received two blankets, no pillows were available. Sheets should have already been on the mattress & blanket & pillow tucked away in the closet.

The room was very large with a lot of space. The breakfast was great & the kids loved the pool. It was a bargain for how nice it was. We will stay here again.

The only issue we had was our bathtub stopper wouldn't stay open.
