Beautiful on inside.

You have to pay for parking at the hotel tho I paid for this expensive room. Where else would I park if I have a room at the hotel?? It doesn’t make sense at all and the complementary breakfast could have been better. More than half the stuff there my daughter didn’t eat. There was so pancakes or waffles and you have to keep asking chef for sausage and bacon. I didn’t like that cause everything else was a get it yourself type thing.

The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Shower had great water pressure as well.

Not much to say about the dis-likes except that my daughters best friend and her was swimming in the pool and on the way out her best friend stepped on an ear ring in the pool that stuck all the way inside her food. Not a good experience in the pool area.

Comfortable room, great breakfast. They also have free drinks for the guess at 5 pm. Parking along the building or in the parking garage.

Bathrooms could use updating, tile joints in shower/tub enclosure were patched with caulking looks poorly done, carpet in living area had faded red spot stains, time to update, replace the carpet.

Great staff. They were Very attentive and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and valued as guest in the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Made to order omelets as well as a breakfast buffet. We will plan to continue our stay at Embassy Suites when we’re in Little Rock.

The side door next to Handicapped parking was locked for some reason.

Happy hour and omelet bar made the whole trip. This was for a book signing and the hotel was perfect for the trip! Definitely reccomend the drink happy hour. The room was comfortable and spacious. Common areas were clean and staff was available if needed for literally anything.

Check in with the app wasn't working tho so we still had to wait in line for check in. They were able to sort it out once we checked in and app worked for digital key and such.

Convenient location. Kids loved the indoor pool. Black out curtains were so good even the kids slept in. Bed was comfortable. Room got cold enough.

Tile floor needs to be scrubbed, not only mopped. Should not see black streaks all over the floor. Only had 3 towels and 4 people in the room.

The proximity to Children’s Hospital was important as well as a nice place to stay during a stressful time. The room service meals we ordered were excellent and breakfast the next morning was good and convenient. All the staff we encountered were very knowledgeable and personable. Parking was convenient and safe. Could not ask for anything more.

The breakfast was disappointing. Poor range of cereals, exceptionally crisp bacon; clearly they provided for the majority of their customers ,US people.

The breakfast was okay, customer service was good they worked with me and saved my room so I could get my money right on my card, If you looking for a nice cheap hotel then that's the right place.

Nothing I enjoyed the stay but that is considering I did only stay one night, I suggest waking up early for hot breakfast though I do suggest that.

The King suite was perfect for the occasion. The separate sleeping areas was perfect

The pool is extremely small. I didn’t like that you pay for surface parking. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was about as thick as two floor mats and the cover on it was dirty.
