Breakfast buffet was excellent. The selection has a wide array that can hit multiple nutritional needs. The best bowel movements I had on my trip was during my stay here because of the vegetables provided in the breakfast. Veggies and fiber are difficult to encounter in Japan, so this was a very enjoyable perk of staying here. Staff are excellent and exceedingly helpful and welcoming. They assisted in pretty much everything we could have asked for and more. They also help fill out luggage forwarding so you don't need to carry large suitcases around via Tak-Q-Bin (They use Yamato service here) Location is a short 5 minute walk from the Shin-Osaka stations.

There is nothing to dislike.

The room is quite spacious, which is, from my understanding, normal in Osaka but appreciated nontheless. Check in is easy with the automated kiosks, and the Library that transforms to a buffet in the morning is a great use of space. It is quite close to some interesting cafes and restaurants as well

You can hear the trains running by until around 11 pm, even though we were at the highest floor. It didnt really bother me, but it could be a deal breaker for some. Breakfast could have a little more options, especially for the proteins. This was our choice but the hotel is definitely ways away from the city center.

This hotel has a nice lounge with coffee etc. This is really comfortable when waiting to check in or for a taxi/train etc. It really gives a feeling of being cared for by the hotel. The staff is great! I needed to swap the sim card in my phone but didn't have a tool to open the tray. I asked the front desk for a needle, which they swiftly provided. But I still couldn't open the tray. The fellow who got the needle - I wish I remembered his name - joined the fray and with his help we were able to open it. He really went out of his way to cheerfully pitch in and solve the problem. Also should point out that this hotel is super-convenient to the Shin-Osaka train station and an excellent Thai Massage place on the next block.

Cleanliness, magnificent helpful stuff, fast and easy check-in & check-out, location (very close to Shin-Osaka station) and optimum requirements. Beside complimentary hot and cold drinks, we used ice cube machine, laundry, ironing device. Some small restaurants, GYM and massage services were within some walks away from the hotel. If you wish to rent a bike and explore the city, you can find a bike rental in Shin-Osaka station (Have in mind, just regular bikes, no gear or electric bikes).

Although Room 1407 had 23m area, but the design was not efficient to place our stuff. We stayed for 5 days and variety of breakfast was poor. No cheese of any kind and no refiling the breakfast stuff after 9:00. We couldn't find any English TV channel. No desk tour for helping visitors to plan their visits.

Close proximity to Shin-osaka Station. Twin room was clean and spacious; we not only had room to open suitcase & bags, there was even a decent size coffee table and 2 chairs to relax beside the window. Hotel provides fresh towels + bin liners + toothbrush set daily (in a bag hung on the door) even if you indicate no room cleaning needed. Staff were really hospitable and kind despite the language barrier. Breakfast was included - selection was good considering the affordable price.

The pillow was rather thin and I would have liked more than one per bed, but that's just my preference. Overall nothing to complain about. Good value for money.

The room was very spacious and clean! The staff were very friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me fill out the delivery slip to send my luggage to my next hotel when I checked out. I like that I was provided with two pillows despite being a solo traveler, as it made the bed even more comfortable. The laundry machine had English instructions posted nearby so it was easy to use.

The breakfast didn't really meet my expectations, everything was kind of mushy. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay!

Out from busy city center but still convenient to travel around. The room is typical Japanese hotel, nothing special. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good but you'll get bored of the repetition if you stay longer than 3 days.

There's noise of trains passing all day and night but it's tolerable. Ventilation in bathroom draw smelly air from the outside, it smells like burnt rubber, probably from the trains.

Breakfast was wonderful in quantity(unlimited) , quality(everything oishi), location (library). Appreciate that "welcome drinks" available after return from long, tiring day. Room was spacious, elevator came quickly despite fully booked. Been to Osaka several times - yours is BY FAR the best hotel

1)Hard to find. Had to ask friendly police for help. Please put sign at Shin Osaka Station. 2) Price raised (for EXPO?)
