The location of this hotel is amazing, the most breathtaking views and picturesque building. Lots of flowers and very comfortable rooms with beautiful views from the balcony. It Is a little out of Sapa, but the staff were great at getting us a taxi in and it's super easy to get a taxi back out. The staff were AMAZING. They were all so friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable including early check in and late check out. They also helped us organise airport transfers, overnight train tickets to and from Hanoi, tickets to Fansipan and an amazing day trek with a local guide. We had such an amazing time here. They also decorated our room for our honeymoon which was so sweet. Food at breakfast was decent and the pool is lovely and warm. The Mong Sunset cocktail was also a personal favourite!

There wasn't a lot of space to sit by the pool, only 4 loungers but apart from this everything else was great!

I loved everything about this place. From the moment you walk in you feel at peace and happiness. The staff were wonderful. I was met everyday by Thao who was a total pleasure at lunch and dinner. The pool was warm, I swam every day and it was so much fun. The views are just outstanding. The rooms was clean and again a place of peace and comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and would come again.

I wish there was a transfer to Sapa town but small inconvenience that made no real impact on the trip.

The view from our room was amazing! We arrived at the hotel late at night so did not get a sense for the surrounding area. But when we woke up, we opened our curtains to find the most amazing view of the surrounding landscape. It was absolutely stunning! I’d stay at this hotel again just for the view. Our room was also very beautiful and clean. We loved the balcony where we could take in the views. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. There are flowers and plants everywhere which just add an extra layer to the place. The staff were also very helpful in arranging taxis into Sapa and Cat Cat Village.

Since the bungalows are quite close together, there were a few guests who were incredibly loud which disturbed our sleep. The hotel manager apologised for this incident the next morning which was appreciated. Breakfast could be improved. We mainly ate eggs, but the offering could be a bit more diverse.

There were fabulous and delicious breakfast options. We liked the pool and the room, which had a breathtaking view. The location is perfect, we just had to take a Grab from Sapa, but it worked very well.

The staff was not professional, and many did not speak English. Although we paid a lot for an early check-in, we had to wait for a long time to get our room and pay an additional price for breakfast.

Beautiful location right above the village and the clouds. Excellent breakfast with many items to choose from.

All was well, except one in my party had injured her knees just before the trip. With there being no elevators or ramps to the rooms, it was a bit of a challenge going up and down the many flights of steps.

Highly recommended! Perfect stay with the best service. The hotel employees were great, they help us to get everything - rent a scooter for a good price, order a taxi, make a breakfast. Also they prepared a big breakfast earlier because of our early check-out. Room was clean, we had a beatiful view of the whole valley. Thank to this place, and especially thanks to hotel employees our stay in Sapa was perfect.

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!

The staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful, quickly answering any queries and requests, getting us in to Sa Pa and to Lao Cai and into the town (also gave us amazing Pho recommendation!). The rooms were super cozy with balconies overlooking the stunning mountains and rice fields. The breakfast dinner venue was also very cute and pretty (a bit cold in December).

The only downside was the food options (breakfast buffet was really good with incredible fresh Pho made in front of you) but feel like the dinner option could have varied a bit more too. Also wine and general alcohol selection wasn't amazing (good beer though!)

Service was really good and the room has a nice view.

Quite a bit of stairs and walking getting to the rooms. They help with carrying the luggages but it must be quite inconvenient! A little bit far from the city centre, you'll definitely need a taxi.
