The room was very spacious, it had a large couch for sitting. It had a little bar area with a coffee pot and small sink and mini fridge. The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was served daily M-Thurs 6:30-9 and Fri-Sun 7-10. It had your favorite breakfast foods from eggs and sausage to cereal and waffles. Hot coffee, milk, water and juices we're available as well.

I wish the rooms came with a microwave you had to go to the kitchen area to use one. I brought my air fryer because I called in advance to ask. Also it advertises Starbucks so I was very excited. Unfortunately it was prepared Starbuck blend coffee not an actual Starbucks in the hotel.

The breakfasts were unbelievable. The staff could not be more helpful or inviting. I had such a wonderful wonderful trip. Loved the pool. The bed was so comfortable and the room was huge.Coming back to Louisiana after 37 years for a reunion, I truly stayed at the right place.

The only 2 negatives were the location and no microwave in rooms. It was hard to get anywhere on foot without a vehicle. It is a very busy and dangerous road even though there is a mall across the street- with no crosswalk -and so many restaurants on Bluebonnet Blvd. can not be walked to. I also wish there was a microwave in the huge room, even though one was provided in main lobby.

I loved everything about the hotel. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival and professional. They made sure our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was also great. Close to shopping and eating places. Rooms look just like the pictures. Que the reception is wonderful. Her personality and professionalism is amazing. I did another reservation to stay another night, and she had me taken care of before I got downstairs. She had my keys already done. She's amazing.

There's nothing I can say I didn't like

The rooms were spacious . We mostly just stopped for a place to sleep on our way to our vacation. The beds were comfortable. Loved the bathroom because the bathtub wasn't to high to step into and the toilet was taller. A plus for me I have physical problems. Breakfast was good. It is definitely a great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. Clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I give them a thumbs up.

Breakfast was advertised in the room as 6:00am. Went down and found out it wasn't until 6:30am. Had a choice of hot and cold breakfast food, eggs were terrible. Sausage was a little better, but still not good. Breakfast was the only thing not to like at this hotel.

Location to LSU was great. Mall and restaurants were very close. We had a pleasant time when we checked in. The young lady was very informative. She gave added information without being asked. She was excellent, but I did not get her name

We were placed in a room that had a smell and was told there were no available rooms, so we had a rough night sleeping. They moved us to another room the next morning, which was perfect. We were told the first room was a pet room. My wife was saying all night that the room smells like dog piss. I would recommend that the pet room be on the end of the floor. Who wants to hear barking dogs when they are walking down the hallway. Bathroom was very small

Room was nice and affordable, clean for the most part. Need more attention to detail when cleaning. Nothing serious. Staff was helpful when I needed assistance. Breakfast was great.

See above. More detail to cleaning only real issue and more attention from staff when breakfast is being served. Like cup refills stuff like that. 9/10 would stay again.

The staff was exceptional and super sweet, especially coming 7 hours away for baseball with some rowdy boys. Our room was also very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool was also really big with clear water. Would most definitely stay here again!

The smell in the lobby and common areas was terrible. It was constant. I believe it is a very strong air freshener or cleaning product. My daughter’s eyes watered. I just found it unpleasant. Overheard another group of guests checking in that also commented on the chemical type odor.

Amazing, friendly staff- They were available when needed. Had a smile and greeted guests. Super clean rooms even though there was a wait at check in. The best breakfast that I have ever had at any hotel. Keep it up!

Only two things. The guests should be given an option to pay cash at hotel instead of having to put credit/debit cards on hold the entire stay. Other than that, no complaints. Also, other guests were not able to enjoy the pool area due to other guests allowing their children to dive in the pool when the rules were clearly posted not to. Rules should be more enforced to avoid serious injury. Other than that, no other complaints.
