I was assisted to check in and checkout by Michelle and Adele. They were both very nice and welcoming. The cottage was comfortable, Spacious and very clean. I had a late arrival and Michelle made adjustments to wait for me to check in. She also assisted me to get to the Tsitsikamma National Park. It was so much easier with her guidance and assistance to get around the village especially since the weather wasn't the best. It was threatening to rain any moment but lukily it only rained later towards the end of the day.It was really beyond my expectations and I will highly recommend this facility.

We had an amazing time at the Swallows Nest Country Cottages! Our cottage was very comfy and clean and had its own fireplace. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great and offered everything you could ask for - from bread, yoghurt and fruit salad to individually cooked warm meal. The location was also great - you could easily walk into the village and the Tsitsikamma National Park was only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend staying here!

All was really nice. Well equipped and maintained cottages, very comfy and clean. Friendly and supportive Managers and Reception desk Team. Tasty breakfast served in nicely decorated dining room. Plenty of outdoor facilities: swimming pool, barbeque and outdoor furniture to have dinner outside. The cottage is close to Tsitsikamma National Park. The place is worth staying at least 2 or 3 nights to enjoy the cottage facilities itself, nature and National Park, hiking. The view from the cottage is picturesque. It has been a pleasant stay. We got caught in a storm and there was no electricity for many hours. The place had no solutions except to offer us an additional bag of wood for the fireplace and a candle for lighting. On the second day, the electricity came back on and it was nice and pleasant. We were with a baby girl, the woman at the reception explained to us that if we had coordinated with them directly and not through Booking.com then they would not have charged us for the baby.

Breakfast excellent! Great accommodation. Baboons visit early morning, so keep windows closed. National Park was quite expensive when booked activity didn't include park fees.

Need lighting on uneven pathways. Accident occurred! Management were great and organised doctors in Plettenburg. The one in village was closed as it was Christmas. Storms River is adventure orientated! Not much in town. Few restaurants and bars. 1 General store. Cottage that sleeps 4 had only an ensuite, accessed thru bedroom. Not good for 2 couples sharing toilet.

Perfect location. Nice swimming pool, air con and fireplace in our unit. Nice and spacious and love the garden setting. Great breakfast are included in the price.

Our unit was close to the parking area with spotlights, and with the light curtains, one can struggle to fall asleep. My recommendation will be to hang block out curtains in the bedroom. A braaidish and tongs would also be great addition.

A decent property in Stormsriver, very well located to experience the zip-line tours as well as the Tsitsikamma national park (just a few min drive to both). The brick texture interiors and exteriors were beautiful and although the breakfast had limited options, it was good for the overall price paid for the family of 4. Another positive was the availability of electric blankets. Staff was friendly.

There was no one available at reception when we came back from dinner, and there was no back-up generator during load-shedding so it was pitch dark at the property. Luckily, the power came back soon.

This felt like Home away from home. It is such a cosy and beautiful place to be, the tranquility and privacy in your own cottage is a cherry on top. Evenings were a bit chilly and the fire 🔥 place made our evenings special 🥰 The staff was so friendly ❤️and they serve fresh and scrumptious breakfast☕️ I Definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Tsitsikama in the near future. 🙌🏻🙏❤️

We were upgraded to a larger cottage on arrival which was very pleasant. Small but nice pool for the kids to splash in after a hot day. Cool activities and hiking trails in the area! Friendly staff. Nice diner establishments around the corner and on walking distance.

Breakfast was a bit basic. We found it unfortunate that some things were not replenished such as the yoghurt and fruit salad, especially if you were not the first at breakfast.

Swallows nest country cottages was very well kept and a great location to explore Storms River and the surrounding area from. The breakfast facilities were also very nice and it was closely located to various restaurants which were on a walking distance.

The pricing was a bit odd which is why booking.com had us book 2 rooms while we would've easily fitted in 1
