The location was excellent (right near the illford station) and the staff was very helpful. They made wonderful breakfast as early as 7:00 a.m..good Internet connection and you can work at the dining hall at ease even late night. 24/7 coffee & tea is available.

The property is old therefore pretty basic facilities are there. Bathroom has issues but they sorted it later. Good property to stay for a few days.

The location was very good handy to train station. Food was very close and inside the staff (ALI) was very friendly he help us lot and was there all the time to help. He was interactive with other clints as well.

The heating in the room was too much. hotel said other clients always ask for the heating but for us we have to open the window to sleep it was not to good in the first day.

Very cosey, comfortable and all facilities were great. Man and woman at the desk where greeting and kind. Most likely my go to destination for staying in London. I felt safe in my stay, the bathroom was clean with 3 toilet rolls. Television worked according and a giant fan assisted the nights heat. Bathroom appliances provided and our bed was clean. Not a noisy place/area. Very much recommended.

The Owner of the hotel is brilliant! Made my stay comfortable and was very welcoming. The staff are also very polite and accommodating. I will definitely be back!
