Breakfast was exceptional and really enjoyed the variety. Room was a bit basic but the common areas were very well thought out.

Poor English from reception, I asked a transfer from Sa pa to Hanoi and some other info and I was told to wait till 21PM. (it was 5PM when we checked in) Also there were no info on the offers the hotel has available. It is a Spa hotel but no info given to about the Spa, where it is situated, what kind of services can be offered to their guests. No info on the ECO side of the Hotel.... I found the welcoming very poor and can definitely be improved with some training. No recommendations offered on Dinner, restaurant recommendations, bars, things to do,..

Very hospitable. Allowed us access to their facilities before & after checkout, including having a shower after trekking. Gave us a sandwich pack for the train ride on departure. Nice quiet location close to centre but not in the midst of the bustle. Great breakfast included.

Foyer needs to be heated in winter - cold space to wait. Ground floor sitting area of bungalows is also cold in winter as heating only works upstairs in bedroom area.

Cosy and relax cottage stay, with good view overlooking Sapa town. Bathroom comes with wooden Bathtub Which is relaxing to soak in the warm water in the cold weather. Decent breakfast with good choices of vegetables, fruits, sausage, bacon, pancakes, fried rice, noodles, bread, eggs, coffee/tea, juices etc...location is short walk to the central of Sapa town but needs to go up and down of the stairs or slope as the resort is on the slope. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful views, cosy little cabin, hot water, comfortable bed, accommodating staff, cute cats in lobby. Quiet area but still super close to town. The wife and I loved it.

The hotel is fanstatic. It's very clean (tidiness and cleaness is like 5 stars hotel seriously), provide all of necessery bathroom stuff and staff is extremly helpful, especially the staff named Vinh. We arrived very early in the morning (7am), they offered us a free bf at 4th floor and upgrade room for us (panorama view) with reasonable charge. Vinh helps us in booking tours, cars and give us free snack for our long journey. Distance to maintown is very near. Highly recommend this hotel. Definiately I will comeback to stay here when I go Sapa next time.

We booked the one bedroom villa and the wooden interior was really cute, it felt like we were in an alpine hut. Everything was clean and well maintained in the room. View from the balcony was great and you get a view of Fansipan on a clear day. The hotel is a short 5mins walk downhill to the city centre with many food options. The reception was really helpful and friendly, they organised two daytrips for us and also recommended a few restaurants for dinner which turned out great.

The bathroom had a slight smell possibly due to the pipes. Breakfast buffet could have more options as well.

This hotel truly deserves the highest rating — mainly thanks to its incredible staff! Every receptionist knew who we were and which rooms we were staying in. They checked in on us regularly, surprised us with a sweet honeymoon gift, and even prepared us some food for the road when we had a late-night departure. We needed to leave for our next stop at 10 PM, and they kept our luggage safe and kindly offered us a shower in the evening so we could freshen up before the trip. Beyond being a beautiful and comfortable hotel, the warm and thoughtful atmosphere created by the team made all the difference. We’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful property. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They helped arrange our taxi from the train station and tickets for Fansipan. The property was gorgeous and the views from the bedrooms were amazing but sadly not from the living room which was blocked by another chalet. Gorgeous view from the breakfast room and they even did a load of washing for me which was incredibly helpful. We miss the staff and were very sad to leave. They even gave us a picnic for the train back to Hanoi. Definitely recommend.

Just the view from the living room lacking and no fan/AC. Also, there was a little gap in the front door as it was a sliding one which had the potential to let in bugs, although we didn¡t have any problems.

Service was amazing and so quick to help! We arrived early in the morning after our sleeper train and were floored to be offered complimentary breakfast to start the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was conveniently located very close to Sapa Town center. We were even given packed sandwiches and water for the trip back to Hanoi on our last day - such great hospitality, we will be back!

Nothing much, but if you have difficulty walking or climbing hills for whatever reason, do note that the hotel is situated at the top of a hill near the city center, and the walk up via the road can be a little steep (and when it rains, maybe even slippery)! So just be aware of that :)
