Staff were very friendly, very helpful and always had time to speak, we were never left waiting. Room service were always available if we needed anything. The hotel is in a great place and the best thing for us was that they offer a free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius of the hotel, and pick up from drop off location, so long as you return by 7pm. This allowed us to see a lot of the sites as the shuttle dropped us to bus stops that took us directly to the New York bus terminal where we could pick up all transport.

The room we were initially given had not been cleaned properly, however as soon as we let management know, we were immediately moved and the room was upgraded. The breakfast is to order, we would have preferred a buffet.

The hotel was clean and I loved the decor. I loved room service. They give you a free alcoholic beverage with every order.

We didn't like the breakfast buffet because we paid an additional $50 and it wasn't that good or even worth it. I thought we would have been able to order breakfast off the menu. If this was a free breakfast included in room price it would have been fine.

The guy at the front desk is absolutely amazing! He made sure me and my family were comfortable and has the best attitude and the nicest person I’ve ever met truly I wish I got his name! I also went to have diner in the 12th floor and the man that service me was amazing as well the employees here are amazing honestly 1000 percent recommend especially for the lovely staff!

I loved the sweet, and the 24 beds were very comfy for my family of five.

As my family and I tried having a movie night in the living room on the pull out couch, the mattress underneath was very dirty, as well as the sheet on top, we resulted in bringing the mattress from the room in the suite to put on top of the mattress and the couch. Also, there were pieces of food under the couch from a previous stay.

It was warm and inviting, once I was inside I begin to open up to it. The lobby was nice and relaxing. During my stay I visited the Sky restaurant and that atmosphere blue me away. Food and drinks were great!

I didn't like that there wasn't a fridge, microwave, or water to make coffee. A beautiful Keurig & k-cups but no water :( I'm glad it was only for the 1 night.

I Love The Restaurant. Eddie & The Others Were Very Nice & Good. Eddie Was So Sweet & Friendly To My Kids & I. The Breakfast & Dinner Was Good. No Complaints. Front Desk Was Nice Also. Definitely Coming Back. I Stayed At Many Hotels In NJ But This One Was By Far The BEST!!!

Nothing Negative To Say ..

Very accessible to activities in NY. Very clean and the staff were nice and welcoming.

The restaurant wasn’t that great. We had dinner and breakfast and didn’t really like the food. However the staff in the restaurant were helpful and pleasant.

Location was convenient to family and activities. Plenty of rooms so we did not need to reserve too far out from our visit.

Room fixtures and some parts of the hotel good use updating and or cosmetic repairs.

They are taking big amount of security deposit almost 50$ for each night and room so if you are taking three bedrooms for three nights you will have to pay 450$ as a security deposit
