The place offers everything you need for a short trip; like private bathroom, bedding, towels, kitchen stuff, and some extras such as ear plugs and a few bags of tea and coffee. It was overall clean and I had a great view from my window side. Although Hohenschönhausen is not central, the place is basically next to the tram station that gets you to the city center and the main station. It is located in a quiet neighborhood.

-the shower (extremely hot or cold, very difficult to adjust) -rooms seem a bit run down (spider webs on the ceilings, night table that was very wobbly, old/not well functioning hair dryer) -Chlor smell in the entrance -coffee machine extremely loud and sometimes didn't function well -wifi problems the first 2 days -very big uncomfortable pillows Wasn't the best I've ever stayed at, but it's difficult finding a place for yourself with a kitchen in Berlin for a reasonable price. I think this one is a good backup option for me, though I'll try another one next time.

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had to make some last-minute changes to my booking, and they kindly made an exception to adjust things at no extra cost - which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean and provided all the basics one would expect for a comfortable stay. Communication was clear throughout, and the self check-in process was very straightforward (just remember to complete the guest details form before arrival). Although the apartment is located a bit outside central Berlin, it’s easy to reach by tram, so getting in and out of the city was no problem at all.

The room felt a little congested for our party size, though it might work fine for fewer guests. Also, the building has four floors, but the lift only goes up to the third floor - so you’ll need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the top level (unless we somehow missed the lift to that floor).

Basically, it's logical to receive the gate code, you just have to write it down, because it's a pain to find out which way the message came in. The place is not centrally located, but the city centre is easily accessible by tram M10 (about 20 minutes), which runs quite often. The accommodation is in a quiet location, parking is available nearby: there is a car park, but you can also park on the street. (Tip: if the car park is empty, it's worth checking at the end or beginning of the day, as many people park there for a short time.) The car park seemed safe and there were no problems with it. There are restaurants nearby (there is a traditional German restaurant, but also a pizzeria and a döner). There is also a Lidl nearby where you can do your shopping. The accommodation has a lift (up to the 3rd floor). The rooms are small but logical in layout. The bed was soft for me but basically ok. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was low, so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower, but it wasn't too bad. There is a small kitchen with a coffee maker, coffee, utensils. It was a nice gesture to have water and coffee ready on arrival. Basically, I felt comfortable here.

The gateway code was sent to me in a separate message, and I had a hard time finding which messaging app gave it to me (partly my fault) (tip: save the link and the gateway code). The room is quiet when other guest are quiet too. I had two nights of loud noises, it came through, but on the one hand I was still awake, on the other hand there were earplugs in the room :-) The water pressure in the shower was low, so the shower took longer and was not so comfortable. There is a folding table, but working at the table for a longer period of time is not comfortable. But none of these things are really bad and can be tolerated. It is a good accomodation.

It was spacious and comfortable.

There is no reception at the place as its completely online but it can happen that you call them for help and they will not pick up for hours even if they say the reception on call is 24/7.

The apartment was clean and cozy. We liked that it was minimalistic - just the right amount of everything. (2 spoons, 2 cups etc) It was easy to check in without having to talk to anyone. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant (“boring”, but in a good way).

You could hear people passing by your door if they were loud (at night, in the morning). It depends how deep one’s sleep is. The fridge was obscurely small - there was space for like three milk cartons in a row, no more.

Everything was good, I didnt had any problems. Bed was comfy, heating was working, kitchen was fully usable with coffe pods, machine and basics. Bathroom had enough toilet paper for 6 days, shower was also clean. Tv worked, door codes worked.. M5 tram was just few steps away, going to Alexanderplatz literally took less than 25 minutes.

If it counts, Sometimes when its too hot in the room, the shower head wouldn’t stay still, but other than that there was no problem at all

The self Check-in and Check-out was smooth and quick and the location is good. The room was clean and prepared with welcome drinks and ear protections gummies, and coffee machine tablets. The smart TV was connected to internet and the wifi was good. The staff can answer questions quickly.

The sounds from other neighbors can be heard very easily and the walls were not soundproof and in the check-in process you must sign a declaration that they can save, use and process your personal data! They reached to my privat WhatsApp promptly after booking, I assumed they can do this in emergency cases.

Very cozy, and well-equipped (TV with YouTube etc., small kitchen unit,...). A lift can be used to go up to the 3rd floor. Quite good internet connection. Overall clean. The staff can be easily contacted and you don't wait long for an answer. It's quite quiet around there and the tram M5 can be reached within 2-3mins on foot.

Some parts of the studio could have been cleaned better. And 30€ for checking in 1h earlier is a little bit to much in my opinion, but at least there is an option for that.

We loved the functionality of the room, despite small, we had enough place for everything. Well-equipped kitchenette, wardrobes, comfortable beds, bathroom with supplies, in addition, we even had a very nice view from the window. The room and the facility itself were clean. Working elevator. Easy process of check in and out, everything required was communicated to us in advance with reminders and step-by-step instructions. The facility is just next to the tram stop, it is a direct line to the city center (Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof etc). Shops are nearby. The staff was very responsive via chat, they were kind to provide us with additional things that we needed and asked for. Also, some drinks, coffee and tea awaited us in the room as a welcome gift. All in all, we liked it a lot!

The room was clean, compact but adequate for a couple. The facilities in the room were just about right, fridge, cooking hob and a fold out table. The “Hotel” has local amenities including cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. The M5 tram line in only a minutes walk away, this tram line stops at the Berlin Ringbahn and Alexanderplatz.

A code pod machine should be replaced with a kettle.
