Amazing location next to Duomo and shopping center. Also the bed was comfortable.

I found the breakfast area to be somewhat dimly lit, featuring unusual green lights, and I felt that the overall interior design could use some updates to improve the ambiance. Additionally, I noticed that the room did not come with proper plates for the cups, only paper plates, and there were no spoons or milk available for the coffee, despite the presence of a coffee machine. Given the room's rate of 600 euros per night, I believe that some enhancements to both the design and amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Good location, near all the main attractions in the historic center. The room was good and spacious. Staff were also really nice, always trying to help.

The sinks were too low, so we had to bend our knees to wash our faces. The shower box was really small, not accessible to all body types. Also, the beds were a little firm to our liking.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sight-seeing. We could see the Duomo from our window. The hotel staff were very welcoming and generously offered a free room upgrade on arrival. The room itself was superb and easily accommodated our party of three. We will definitely choose here again for our next visit to Milan.

best location possible, great, warm, helpful stuff

The hotel is situated at the heart of Milan in a pedestrian area, nearby the Duomo and the Galeria. Nice rooms with great bed and bathroom. A bit on the expensive side but high quality in general.

It is a bit hard if your arrive by car to pass through the pedestrian area for the valet parking, the hotel facilitates the paperwork and permit, so no issues there.

location! style and staff. breakfast was good ( not 30+ euros good)/ i had a packed breakfast box for the last day due to early check-out. service was very good.

the configuration of the room. we had a "balcony" room.... dont get confused--it is an enclosed out side space overlooking the back of the building.

The hospitality in general was fantastic. Special mention will be Prasad at the breakfast and room service section. He is really so kind and nice

the location of it is really amazing, the galleria and duomo is like 2 mins away ; the view of my room was amazing also i loved it. I’d pick it again if I’ll visit milan another time; staff really friendly and helpful, comforting and welcoming

loved the big round tub and the deluxe room we had was spacious. The tray of fresh fruit and cookies was a very nice touch- particularly when soaking in the tub later that day. A storm brewed after dinner and my husband and I went to the roof top lounge to enjoy the breeze and incoming rain. Very romantic. Very relaxing. The hotel’s location is perfect.
