Outstanding value for money and excellent transport links. Ornella was a great host. The property was perfect for what we wanted.

We were welcomed and felt at home,given a lot of local information on transport etc. Any needs we mentioned were addressed promptly...very quiet area.

Breakfast could have been better,...the mirror was a little overwhelming.

Quiet neighborhood, 25 minutes from the center. Super market, breakfast and restaurants just around the corner.

Room a bit small, could be a bit cleaner. Also the bed could be better quality, but no drama.

If you can spend more money for another room just take it. The mattress and the pillows must be 30 years old. The internet connection was slow and the light in the bathroom was shaking like a disco ball. The breakfast was 2 small croissants from the supermarket, so for our 5 night stay they had left 10 of them! There is NO PARKING on site, if you go in the afternoon it's impossible to find a place and you have to pay for private parking.

1. location close to public transport (bus, tram, metro) but... (see below) 2. average price compared to center of Rome places, but know you should not expect much.

1. The area was rather poor, with trash containers full, lots of trash on the streets and homeless people 100m from the property. Watch your steps! The bus area at 250m is crowded by pick-pockets and not safe at all! 2. Breakfast for 2 persons is a joke and limited to six croissants for 6 nights (!!!) Coffee machine did not function well and since owner did not react, we repaired ourselves and after cleaning with vinegar it worked ok. We arranged our own breakfast. 3. The matresses are 30+ years old and provide pain, no comfort! 4. Heating was initially not provided (no remote control) as owner stated it was not necessary with temperatures of 19°C. However, during the night, temperature went down to14° with no warm bedcovering sheets. After reporting that we would buy our own electrical heater, the remote cxtl was returned. 5. Bathroom is small, lights are flickering and uncomfortable, shower water was lukewarm. After 2 days of discussing the cold water issue and the danger of legionella and contacting booking.com, the owner finally programmed water of 55°. 6. Internet was a joke and non-existant! (1 bar) After reporting, we were told that there were works in the area which caused the poor reception. That was a lie as we found out that owner lived right next door and at her door there was 5 bars reception! Apparently, she never heard of an internet amplifier which would have solved the issue. 7. The oven is installed in the closet, 2cm away from dry wood!!!! We did not dare to use it. There was a cooking plate on the desk, but also this one is for sure not according to safety regulations. 8. I have serious doubts about the amount of truth in some of the published reviews. Overall, the flat is very unconfortable. The owner is acting as if she cares, but does not! Plenty of lies in order to keep the energy bill close to zero! If you can afford the money, pay 20 eur more and book elsewhere.
