The front desk staff was really helpful! They helped accommodate my stay as I am under 21. We were able to work around it and that was super helpful! The rooms were clean and soap smelled nice. WiFi worked great and overall I am so happy I stayed at Best Western!

I would love to see more breakfast items in their packages. I wanted to see what kind of milk was in the pitcher, what brand the bagels were and more fruit available. It is such a minor detail though, I would still stay at Best Western again!

very very good. variety! great coffee machine. 24 hrs., also cappuccino, but get ride of the ants on counter. Great style on furnishing and colours.

safety rails on hot top to get in and out. Instruction posted on how to use jets and safety. the height of water for jets before being turned on. slippery when wet! when you hold the door open with the door bar so you don't lock yourself out, you don't have a metal plate to protect the door from dings FYI! I stayed 2 nights/ get a $50.00 gift card. Wasn't explained correctly to me. The person wasnt informed "male" of the rules, I spent 2 nights within a week, but not booked at same time. so I didn't get it. started my 2nd night off very badly. left a bad taste.

The breakfast was great. The food was fresh and kept warm and staff was available at all times, so nothing ran out. There was plenty of seating area and you didn't feel rushed at all.

There were a couple times there was a strong odor of marijuana by certain rooms as we were walking to the elevators to leave for the day. Luckily it was far enough from our room and we didn't notice it when returned.

The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. We were very happy with the channels available on cable and the availability of desk workers. There were a couple times that we called for new towels or linen and the staff was very quick to supply the replacements. (Bathtub was also big enough for two people to fit)

I unfortunately did cross paths with one of the cleaners there, as I was getting off the elevator, who then followed me to the vending machine area and was insistent on exchanging phone numbers even after telling him that I am in a relationship. He then remembered me and made it a point to say hi and how glad he was to see me again the next day as I was leaving my room which did feel a little creepy.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was able to change to a room with one bed rather than the two queens originally booked.

This hotel was previously another property and the rooms are smaller than most Best Westerns.

Overall pleased with the stay- clean AC worked great pool was not over-chlorinated like many are breakfast was decent beds/pillows were comfortable

smelled like room had recently been smoked in, but cleaning tried to mask it

Great location for school drop off

Overall the property is clean but the first stay there were little gnats in the bathroom. This time when we arrived the entrance to the room and bathroom floor had debris on it. And, the toilet didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. As well as the large mirror. But the staff was amazing and very polite,helpful and always very willing to make the stay great.

The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean and the rooms were nice. The food was good and they had a good variety of choices. The hotel was in a central and close to everything.

The bedding has stains. My only suggestion would be to find a product to treat stains and not just wash the bedding.

Front desk fellow was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, the bed comfortable, large television. Response was quick and efficient when we informed the front desk that the toilet seat was loose.

Vinyl plank flooring in bathroom is raised and worn and needs replacing. Biscuits & gravy at breakfast not up to "Southern standards" (but the rest of the breakfast was very good).

The location was near my family and lots of stores. The room was modern and clean. There is also ample free parking.

There are no microwaves inside the rooms. However, you can use the one in the lobby.
