The room was very clean. Staff are very accommodating, especially Faith and Matteo. Bell hops are also always ready to help. Housekeeping cleans everyday when asked. Towels provided in the pool. A bit far from tourist spots, but taxis are just right outside. About 12-15euros one way to ferrari world/Yas island, about 5euros to grand mosque, 15euros to Zayed airport. The 15euros was for like a 30min cab ride.

Hotel, staff (Furqan at reception) & (Ardeen from Housekeeping) were exceptionally supportive and friendly! Very clean... Good breakfast options

Worst was booking through Booking.com... They messed up my booking... I provided complete information at the time of booking for my family and booked for breakfast option, but they only did for 2 adults and child whereas left my 15 year old out... I was on phone with them for more than half hour but they kept on repeating their story that booking made by their system is for 2 adults and child and never even once wanted to understand that I provided them complete information since the beginning.

I liked how organized they were and how clean everything was, the staff were super friendly and sweet and honestly so welcoming

The only con was the check out situation, during check in, I checked in on december 31st at 6pm, then another date was 3rd january, I wanted to check in, and I told the person that I’ll checkout by 5pm and it was no issue. When the day of the checkout had come, an issue arose, saying that I must checkout by 2pm. This honestly stressed me and urged me to finish things quickly forgetting the plan.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming , particularly Faith on reception and the amazing restaurant managers at Dino’s and at breakfast. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return soon . The food was top quality, there was a massive selection at breakfast . The room was gorgeous, very spacious and spotlessly clean . They even provided a cake for my birthday which was a lovely surprise and very kind of them . It was well worth the money and I would highly recommend it !

The pool is a little small in size but it was very pleasant and clean .

It's a business hotel but also comfortable and good for non-business travellers. The room was large and very comfortable. The two restaurants were great, really good food. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Free parking too, although that's a bit standard for Abu Dhabi these days. The location was good, between the corniche and the main drag down to Yas Island, but you'll need a car. Overall we thought it was a good hotel, despair the price and we would be happy to go back.

Very pleased with this hotel. Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. The hotel rooms and lobby as well as the restaurant area were very clean and above our expectations.

The only thing I can think of is I wish the driveway to pull up in to the hotel entrance was more streamlined. Car’s parked there and take forever to leave making our Ubers have difficulty pulling in to pick us or drop us off. Manning that traffic flow so cars pull all the way forward would be helpful for all.

The rooms were large, spacious and had everything you could possibly want or need The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were incredibly small and soft - I needed 3 for a comfortable night's sleep The room service was a unique experience and I had the BEST fish and chips I have ever had in a long time

My room was supposedly a non-smoking room, but the previous guest had obviously been smoking in the room - and heavily. While housekeeping did everything possible to freshen the room up, the smell lingered on for the 3 days I stayed there - and I left the window open

We are extremely happy about the choice we made to stay in the Pearl Rotana Capital Center Hotel in AUH. The hotel location was right at the center and the view was great. We opted for a non smoking high floor room and were satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, facilities provided and all. The breakfast was amazing consisting of an Arabic and English spread and some Indian items like paratha and veg curry. Overall, good breakfast and service. I would certainly come back when in AUH. Highly recommended for travellers looking for an amazing place to stay at a reasonable cost.

The hotel entry leads directly to the parking area and if you are a first timer, it's difficult to know the way as there was no staff outside to guide and inform that the bell boy would meet us at the parking bay to collect our baggage. Usually, hotels have a drive in bay (leading to the main reception area) to drop baggage and then valet parks the car in the hotel parking floors.
