It was an exceptional stay at alliance palace batumi, we had a studio type room and the upgraded it to panoramic view sea side, thank you very much Giorgi supervisor, zara and marita for their help, ❤️

Everything was nice. We originally chose a simple room, but due to having three small kids, the staff requested us to cancel that booking and take a larger room with a hall. Although this was unexpected, the staff was courteous and we were provided with a sea view room

an extra 110 lari for a larger room with a hall. A more suitable suggestion could have been a bigger room with an additional bed for a smaller fee, considering our eldest child is only 7 years old. Alternatively, for the 260 lari total, including the additional charges, a complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated.

Just FYI, the pool and gym is not open to guest at alliance palace. The pool area is accessed through Courtyard by Marriott and you have to pay 90 lari to enter which was a bummer.

She even gave us something we really appreciated and made us happy. After we checked into our room, she called us to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights at Alliance Palace Batumi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The building is uniquely shared with Courtyard by Marriott, and Alliance Palace offers hotel apartments that truly feel luxurious. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Luka, Giorgi, Marita and all team for making our visit so memorable, and for the wonderful room upgrade. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast option. Although Alliance Palace is an apartment-style accommodation, they provide dining vouchers for Courtyard by Marriott, allowing us to enjoy a delightful breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, adding to the overall luxury experience. The rooms, though small, were very well designed. Every inch of space was utilized efficiently, making the room feel cozy and comfortable without compromising on style or functionality. Safety and security were top-notch, which was particularly important to us as we were traveling with kids. We felt completely at ease, knowing that the environment was secure and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it the best place to stay within the city.

Hotels location is amazing, you can see large area of Batumi from the balcony, the beach, open ocean in one side and the city in the middle and then beautiful mountains in the other side. Breakfast was available on extra charge at the restaurant on the ground floor. a good selection of food and satisfied. They can keep your luggage safe if you arrive early or if you check out on time but still want to leave luggage and hang around in Batumi. they handle it well I would say.

The front desk at the lobby was too small for the size of the hotel, there is always a waiting time before you speak to someone, staff some times little too busy to greet you properly (comparing with the UAE standard) and elevators are little busy, No gym, No pool, and hotel is not flexible at all to provide at least 1 hour late checkout without charging extra.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Since the hotel wasn’t busy, they generously offered us an early check-in at no extra cost. The room was cleaned daily, and the fresh, modern interior added a welcoming touch. The fantastic view and spacious balcony made it the perfect spot for relaxation, whether enjoying a quiet moment with a glass of wine or spending time chatting with family. Overall, a wonderful stay

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the cuisine at the hotel’s Oval restaurant. Although the hostess welcomed us warmly and seated us promptly, no waiter came to take our order for 30 minutes, despite the restaurant not appearing busy. It was a disappointing experience.
