We had a lovely spacious room with two double beds (one in a loft) which was perfect for myself and my 2 children (aged 3 and 5). Everything was very clean and comfortable. the location is excellent, just a couple blocks down from the boulevard and surrounded by dozens of cafes and restaurants but still quiet enough to sleep at night with windows open. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was a very small buffet but decent selection of options for all tastes.

Everything was great, just worth mentioning there is no elevator in the building (and no help carrying bags!). Also, despite their being a kitchen in the room, there is no pots/pans for cooking provided (we didn’t need it so it might be a case of having to ask for it).

The room was big and bright, it’s and ideal option for a family of four. We liked the room a lot, the staff there is nice and friendly, and the location is perfect if you want to see more of old Batumi center and feel the atmosphere of this city. It only takes around 5-7 minutes to get to the beach and other most popular places are close as well. Almost all the restaurants in the area are comfy, well-designed and the food is absolutely delicious!

There were ants in the room in the beginning and there were no fridge in the room, but it was possible to use the hotel’s big fridge, so it was fine.

Big apartment with balcony and washing machine. Great location. Short walk to boulevard, beach and Europe Square. Most staff very helpful despite limited English. Highly recommended accommodation. Rooftop terrace.

We arrived at 8pm and there was no answer at the door and there was no answer to the telephone. We were standing on the street with luggage for 10 minutes after 6 hr journey.. They did apologise, however.. There is no lift. They gave us the key to the room, but it wasn't made up from the last guests (!) resulting in further delay. We asked about breakfast provision but was told there was none. Then another member of staff told us on our last day that breakfast was available at an additional cost but it was too late for us to avail of same.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - located in the old part of Batumi with easy access to all the attractions. The facilities are top. Everything was maintained and offered a level of comfort that truly enhanced my stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me when traveling, and I was impressed by the immaculate condition of our room and all the public areas of the hotel. It's evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options available, the quality of the food was outstanding, and it provided the perfect start to each day of my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Mariinsky Hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay, look no further. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Batumi.

Amazing boutique hotel in a fantastic location. We found it thanks to a Wander-Lush travel blog. Honestly it might be the best accommodation we had in Georgia: stylish, cosy, impeccable clean with quality finishes. Wish all the hotels took a note and learn hospitality from the Mariinsky. Next time we will try to manage longer vacation in Batumi just to hang out in the old town. Thank you to the staff and owners for such a lovely stay.

Breakfast was a bit hit or miss, we came early and some items were not there yet, which I saw that were prepared later on: crepes, more types of pastry and some guests were getting eggs prepared which we didn’t think was an option. Not a big deal, I should have asked. Other than that all good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is in an ideal location. We were able to explore the entire city on foot, as everything was just a short walk away. The place was exceptionally clean and cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend this hotel to others. It's a great value for money, offering comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We stayed for several days celebrating the New Year. The hotel is close to city center, but not in the very center. Thus, one could easily reach whatever he wants in Batumi center, without being bothered by the crowd noise. The hotel is cozy place with calm family atmosphere, breakfast is great, mostly local dishes.

Not an issue in our case, but hotel has no lift.

Mariinsky Boutique was very good choice for us, the staff was very helpful and friendly. At the end of our stay we needed an extra night and they helped us with booking another room in their property. The women at the reception are respectful and know English. The location is perfect and in the center around 10 minutes walk from the beach and has a beautiful view. We liked their breakfast area, it was so aesthetic and they serve it optionally for 25 Lari. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to others for a family or friends vacation in Batumi with the best facilities and services.

The room was specious and well decorated. the location is perfect. 5 min walking from main attractions, like the Europe square and the May 6th park. the area is packed with nice restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. yet, we had no issue to park the car nearby.

the room was lacking a small refrigerator for drinks (though, there is a cabinet for such a refrigerator, so it may was missing in this specific room).

The hotel is in the historic center, it is close to everything, including the promenade and the center with restaurants. 24/7 reception, well-equipped rooms, pleasant environment. Freshly prepared breakfast, including local specialties.

The room had a kitchenette, but it was poorly furnished with dishes. But what we needed, they lent us at the reception.
