The clean is not good enough. Bad smell from the toilet. They left us with only 2 towels in the third day. Weak lights

I had a wonderful stay at Euphoria Hotel in Batumi! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was neat and thoroughly cleaned, and the seaview from my room was absolutely breathtaking—such a joy to wake up to every day. I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a great workout. Dining at the hotel was delightful, with both dinner and breakfast offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Euphoria Hotel to anyone visiting Batumi.

I loved the place .they gave us good family rooms and clean.

The abbiance was nice but to attract more people.add bright lights in the lobby. And be m9re friendly to a guests. Make your own style to invite more guests to stay like someone greats by the door to welcome with a beautiful smile.put nice escene or good smell in the lobby , rooms and hall way.that would be perfect to a beautiful hotel.But love ❤️ the place .I'll come back again.also, that's only my opinion. In general every thing was good We made a late check out but it was too expensive to paid 150 GEL to keep the room till 20:00 evening. I contacted with the front dest manager, she tried to help us but the solution wasn't the best. Our flight was delayed and we couldn't do anything. And i exlained to her that the reason for ther delayed was the current situation in our country in israel. Other than that every thing was good. Thank yoy

First and foremost, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions I had, provide recommendations for local attractions, and even went the extra mile to assist with transportation. Furthermore, the hotel's restaurant staff provided an exceptional dining experience. The waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to accommodate any special requests. The quality of the food was outstanding. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel was huge, and includes casino, spa, swimming pool, etc to enjoy. Our family room was also very useful. We stayed 5 people because the room has also 3 inside room and 3 bathroom. The breakfast was also good. Especially baked goods were extremely delicious.

But there was a staff problem. We were 10 people, and there was an only person in the reception. Because of this, check in process took too long. Also, in the middle room of our family room, there was no water flowing in the bathroom.

room was great and clean, sea view room and close to center. nice, helping people. breakfast is normal, there is a shopping center right next to the hotel with restaurants as well.

only spa is not working for now because renovation but they said it will be open for summer.

Excellent room with sea view. Rooms are very big. Eclipse casino on the left and mall on the right. Easy access.

Breakfast is very poor and staff are not trained well. House keeping is very bad and reception never answers the call.

good location, close to center and airport. they have shopping center and casino all in the same place. nice service, clean rooms. I will come back in the future.
