We chose this hotel primarily because we could charge our EV there, which worked perfectly fine. We arrived late after reception had closed, but with the instructions we had received to get access it was very easy to get into our rooms. In the morning we decided to have breakfast in the hotel, which was quite good. The lady at the reception was very friendly.

The rooms were a bit small, but we did not mind, being there just for an overnight stay. For the price we paid it was good.

Lovely staff, so helpful. Although out of town there's free WiFi and parking, breakfast available. The staff helped with advise about getting in and out of town with the tram, which was great. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well.

The washbasin being in the bedroom instead of the bathroom and no bedside table one side.

This is an economical, convenient hotel I have stayed in before and would stay in again. As it is on the outskirts of Tours it is best when you need somewhere straightforward to sleep when travelling, rather than for tourism. The staff are polite and helpful. It's no frills, simple and clean. Rooms are well sound-proofed; I know that the room next door was occupied but never heard anyone.

The location was perfect for our onward journey, there were plenty of places to eat very nearby. The check in was super easy. The breakfast was simple but adequate.

Can't complain about any part really as it suited our need for the budget and convenience.

Clean and comfy

Only one pillow nowhere to buy a drink other than vending machine taking coins and next door looks a bit worse for wear with border up windows - not Brit Hotel fault but doesn’t give a great impression.

Not the prettiest location but room very clean and comfortable bed followed by a more than adequate breakfast meant we had a pleasant stay. Also staff from reception to restaurant and cleaners were very pleasant helpful .

At this price there was nothing to dislike

For our purposes- a stopover on our way down South - it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. Nice breakfast and a kettle in the room.

Lights over the mirror in the bathroom didn't seem to work but really, we were quite satisfied.

It was very good value for money.. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was bijou but clean and adequate for our overnight stop. Good continental breakfast . Happy to stay there again and to recommend. It's not the Hilton but neither is the price!

All was OK for what we paid.

clean and friendly, if you need an over night stop I couldn't find fault with this place. I arrived out of hours and checking in with the automatic screen was easy, the room was a reasonable size, not big but big enough but everything was nice and clean.

Location and value for money

Check in was slow as the lady could not find the booking although we had booking.com confirmation and pin on the phone. Then she answered a long telephone call during trying to book us in. Hotel advertises the proximity of the tram to town but when we asked her where to go she said she didn’t know except turn left out of the hotel!
