It was probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was fabulous, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good, with great quality food. The rooftop is top-notch. We were also surprised with a bottle of champagne and a cake for my partner's birthday, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is very central but not too loud.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The rooftop bar/pool were both relaxing and beautifully designed with stunning views. All staff were completely professional and welcoming from start to finish and on Monday 18th March we had a great interaction with a girl on reception who helped us with tickets for the city’s hop on hop off bus service. She was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, we were surprised to hear it was her first day working at the hotel. Would definitely return for another visit.

My only criticism would be there wasn’t quite enough storage space for clothes however that was a very minor observation. The bedroom and bathroom aswell as the balcony providing a view of the cathedral was beautiful so the storage was only a minor issue.

The hotel is super well located, walking distance to mayor Barcelona landmarks.

We travel constantly and at some point it’s very easy to identify cost versus quality. These are the downsides: Price per room with a city view without including breakfast, makes the hotel less attractive due to competition. The view, is a view to people’s offices to a building across maybe 30 meters away. VERY close by. The bed is totally bad, you could feel the shape of bodies already made because of the use. We were having a really hard time just thinking that another night was coming. This type of thing after you arrive, unpack and hit the streets is a terrible surprise.

Have stayed here before hence the revisit there is nothing that we didn’t like it was another superb stay

We loved the location, it was perfectly located for our 2 day stay in a very safe area. The roof top is beautiful with a great view and a great staff plus the reception staff was very helpful in providing us with information and help getting our transports to the airport. We will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Barcelona.

- The location is great. It is in the centre of the old town and very convenient to walk around - The room was clean and with all the amenities necessary - Absolutely loved the roof terrace and the menu and cocktails. Awesome staff in the terrace and everything was delicious

- The Breakfast was below average. Firstly, the way the food in the buffet is positioned makes no sense. Instead of having the different groups of food together, they are spread around. - The staff at the Breakfast were all arrogant and quite passive aggressive. We stayed 2 nights and the experience was consistent. They were rudely indicating what you can find in the buffet and if you were to ask something tweaked in your egg plate would abruptly stop you and say No. - The cleaners start at 8am cleaning the rooms basically waking you up! Definitely there is a need for the hotel to be careful on this as you cannot have the guests woke up by the hotel staff.

Having stayed at numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently say this hotel offers one of the best price-to-quality ratios in its category. The location is excellent, situated near the Urquinaona metro station and Plaza Catalunya. However, keep in mind that navigating the Urquinaona metro with luggage can be challenging. The staff is exceptionally friendly and available around the clock, making the experience even better. The breakfast selection is more extensive than what you typically find in Western Europe, which is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, though the bed quality could be slightly improved—just a minor detail. The bathrooms are newly renovated and impeccably clean. If I visit Barcelona again, I would undoubtedly book this hotel.

Amazing, friendly staff, from reception staff to bar staff and breakfast staff. Room was perfect, clean and spacious, bathroom was stunning with a fantastic rainhead shower. Lovely little toiletry bag, with razor, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. very centrally located only a few mins walk to Plaça Catalunya where you can pick up the bus to the airport and tour buses. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and delicious menu with freshly cooked items. Bubbly available too to make a little Buck’s Fizz to start your day! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel left a surprise bottle of wine and little treats, so kind. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend to others and when we return we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We liked everything about the property!

It was a perfect location as one could walk in multiple directions to different locales. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. The room was exceptionally comfortable with a little balcony & a rain shower with excellent daily housekeeping. It was very quiet. The breakfast buffet & a la carte items included in the fee were delicious & if you didn’t want a big breakfast, there was a great cafe just across the street. There were also many close options for good reasonably priced restaurants. The incredible Palau de Musica with concerts is just around the corner & the Cathedral a few steps away. We especially loved the rooftop terrace with heated pool, incredible view & delicious tapas!

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were so welcoming and attentive. The rooms were excellent and pool area was small however perfect for us. When we arrived at the airport to fly home we noticed we had left my daughter teddy in the room. We contacted the hotel and the reception went straight to the room found it and put it into a taxi to the airport. This was so lovely of them and we appreciated it more than you can know.

The only thing about the hotel is they have a beautiful room for breakfast however then it closes. The only restaurant for lunch and dinner was the rooftop restaurant beside the pool so only outdoor seating. It is April so this might be why. However there are so many lovely restaurants around the city to choose from don’t was no problem.
