Check in was easy and I was greeted with a very friendly staff member/owner. Once we stepped into the room it was very clean, smelled amazing, had comfortable beds and the room was quiet when it came time to sleep. Which surprised us because the motel was on a busy road. The wifi worked great, it was close to many dinner options and we had a relaxing night stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We found the small old fridge in the room would make clunking noises every so often during the night. Which kept waking a family member. We also had a family trip over the metal floor divider that was sticking up that seperated the kitchen area from the sleeping area. The rooms were good except for shower floor. We had issues with the shower drain hole being very steep and when it got slippy, we had to make sure that we had firm footing in case we fell over.

The staff were courteous but brusque. Went to pay but told that the amount was already deducted from my card. Bit cheeky I thought! Time in office was very brief!! No mention was made of the free WiFi or password required. The bed was lumpy and the the doona was far too heavy. Liked the kitchen and facilities offered - excellent. Also the windowscreen wiper and the tables and chairs outside. Also too the extras like YouTube on the TV. Overall liked the room and facilities and good location. Would stay again.

The lumpy bed and heavy doona and spare blanket. Lack of providing all details re free WiFi and what available locally in regard to sight seeing and food with a little more friendly dialogue in office. Good courtesy is free!!!

Clean, comfortable and modern. Painted walls, modern furniture and decent linen on bed. Not like normal motel bedroom furnishings. Really impressive. Excellent! Loved the colours and the painted brick made for a comfortable stay. Room 5 was where we stayed. Great facilities.

The bathroom could have had a few more details to match the bedroom/main room. It only had a light slap of paint that needed to be finished. There was no shampoo or conditioner. This is a minor issue but as I hadn’t brought any it was annoying. I didn’t bring any as most motels have this. Also my daughter went to use the shower cap which was in the box but it had been used and put back in.

Friendly greeting, great sized family apartment, rooms well presented with all amenities including washing machine, streaming services and undercover carpark. Well positioned close to restaurants etc just a short drive to town centre.

Bed and pillows a little too firm for my liking but that's just personal preference.

We were interested in something clean and basic for a single night stay in Bendigo. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious, clean and very comfortable room at the homestead. it exceeded our expectations and is well worth staying at.

Very roomy and clean. It was easy to access and great location.

we stayed in the family room which was lovely and spacious with a separate bedroom for kids or another adult in our case. The kitchenette was very handy and was great for self catering breakfast and reheating meals in the microwave. Beds were very comfortable. I also like that there were comfortable chairs in lounge area. the decor was very fresh and modern.

Maybe a few more items in the kitchen such as can opene and serving spoons etc

very clean and comfortable accommodation. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we loved the corner spa bath in the room. Everything was provided in the kitchenette to be comfortable for the night. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others.

Kitchen equipment could be better, no microwave containers, pot holders or table mats. Only 2 champagne glasses and no wine glasses.

Clean, comfortable, not too far from the city centre ( 5 min drive). Our unit was serviced every day. Pleasant staff. We would stay there again.

So easy to find, on the way into Bendigo. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable and dark and quiet at night. Beds were very comfortable. We had a very good experience staying at the Homestead . Thanks so much.:)
