Lovely Hotel and Staff. When we read the comments, we noticed that not every room had an AC conditioning. I texted the property and kindly ask if they could change our room to one with and AC, as my wife is pregnant and it will be difficult without it in these temperatures. They responded almost immediately and assured that we will get a room with an AC. The terrace in front of the room was gorgeous. We enjoyed having breakfast and drinking the morning coffee there. Big thanks to Jessica and the rest of the reception staff, they recommended local restaurants with typical Ligurian food. They gave us nice tips for different means of transportation to some of the destinations that we visited. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

Central and quiet at night

On arrival we were given one room for four of us ladies of a certain age. One double and bunk beds, which was unsuitable. I explained to the receptionist That I had booked two separate double rooms with an adjoining door. She told me they didn’t have any rooms like that. I showed her images of the rooms that were booked. She went of and telephoned someone. Said there was non other available that night but next day she would allocate us with another double room. So first night had to lay the top bunk mattress on the floor which left very little room to manoeuvre. Got the rooms sorted next day which was great for the rest of our stay. The receptionists where very pleasant. I understand it wasn’t their fault. But it was false information on the website. That lead to this situation

I liked the personnel- everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was lucky to have my room upgraded. Thank you, Francesca! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. moreover, the location was convenient for me - a few minutes walking distance to the city beach, ferry, promenade, shops. Also, there is a supermarket right around the corner and the police department to keep you safe :)

Had a really nice stay, the location is excellent for exploring the coast and the staff were super friendly. We really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings.

Our double bed was two single mattresses attached together but still very comfortable!

Perfect staff. Francesca is wonderful. Helpful and polite. Almost like family. Pretty good value in a very expensive part of Italy.

Hotel is old and tired and needs renovation, which will put it in a completely different price bracket. In our first room the AC didn't work. We were cheerfulness changed to another room.

The staff was very nice, they were always available and suggested very nice spots in Rapallo and nearby. The hotel room was better than expected, everything worked fine and we had a great time.

The double bed was made of two single beds, and it could become annoying when they separated. The use of two single beds is understandable, but that was the only negative thing of the whole stay.

Very friendly receptionist - fluent in English - very hospitable to help us out with finding parking, finding a good traditional restaurant and giving hints and tps regarding nice hikes/walks alongside the Sea from Rapallo (location hotel) towards Portofino (15 kms further )

The floor of the room next to the window was VERY hot, and the AC worked but wasn't effective. Therefor the room was TOO hot.

I liked the unique look of this hotel it's nicely decorated. Late check in was okay. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned everyday. Staff is friendly and helpful. My dog was welcome here. Room had a balcony and there was also patio area I liked. Bed is good. Location in Rapallo is close to everything and was also not difficult to get to Portofino from here. Great value for money.

Location of the hotel if very close to city center. Owner was very nice with a warm welcome, explained everything. In case you come with a car possible to park on the street right in front of the hotel. Hotel has a nice area to take a rest and also a room with balcony where you can sit a relax a bit. Location of the hotel even close to city center is very calm. Coffee machine in the room.

Location is excellent, easy walk to the ferry to Portofino. Hotel has two parking spaces which we were able to use. Hotel is old, has some beautiful furniture in the room.

Loud guests on balcony next door and terrace. No air conditioning so cannot close windows when it is a hot day. Hosts removed the guests from the terrace when we made them aware.
