It really is a marvelous place. The rooms were very clean and modern, the room service came every day. We especially appreciated their friendly service - a big thanks to the receptionist, the manager, the chef, the porter - who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast had a lot of choice and all our questions and problems were attended immediately. There were many shops and a cheap kebab place nearby and many restaurants a bit further in the city.

The local beach in Aqaba is not suitable for western women. In order to swim and sunbathe you have to drive about 10 km to the east to the South Beach, which is a long stretch with sand, corals, fish etc. There it is ok to swim and sunbathe, although local women remain fully dressed both in the water and outside.

The stay was overall good. The staff were exceptionally kind, with a special thanks to Mrs. Wafaa and Mr. Muhammad for their outstanding service. The room was clean, the reception was available 24/7, the breakfast was great, and the place was quiet and peaceful.

Misleading Description. When I made the booking, the hotel advertised a (FREE Airport Shuttle), which was the main reason I chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that this was an error on the website and it would be corrected soon. Unfortunately, this mistake cost me an additional 100 JOD in transportation fees between the hotel and the airport during my stay for attending SOFEX 2024 exhibition. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel refused to offer any refund for their error.

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, Wafa, who provided excellent service and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Her professionalism and kindness added a special touch to my stay.

The only issue I encountered was the sound insulation between the rooms. I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms, which sometimes made it difficult to relax. Improving the soundproofing would make the experience even better.

The hotel's breakfast was simply delightful. The spread was generous and the food was delicious. What made it even better was the friendly staff who went out of their way to pack it for me to enjoy in the comfort of my room. It truly added an extra touch of convenience and hospitality to my stay

He only downside was the cleanliness of the room; despite generally meeting expectations, I found a tissue left for the entire four days of my stay, which was a bit disappointing.

stayed at Twins Hotel in Aqaba for three days, and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view of the Red Sea. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the area. A special thanks to Wafa Khlifat at the reception for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. She made my stay even more enjoyable with her helpful recommendations and cheerful attitude. I highly recommend Twins Hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba. It made my trip truly memorable, and I can't wait to come back.

This room in London will probably cost you £200 a night. So the fact it was this cheap (due to Gaza conflict and off season) was nuts. The room is immaculate. Very high quality finish. Great location also. Aqaba is a small town compared to Amman so this felt like a great place to end our trip in Jordan. The staff also assist with any questions you have too. They speak good English. Bathroom was amazing. Definitely will book here again if I were to come back.

Needs an iron per room. They do have dry cleaners next door however. Could have better parking I suppose. But these aren't dealbreakers.

Great location – clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel staff were lovely throughout our stay. It was my son's 19th birthday during our visit, and Wafaa went above and beyond to help us prepare a surprise celebration for him. Muhammad was also incredibly friendly and always had a warm smile. Both Wafaa and Muhammad are a real credit to the hotel – thank you for making our stay so special.

The gym is pretty small and very basic gym devices

I recently stayed at this new hotel and had a great experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. What really made the difference was the staff—everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working for a couple of hours, but these things happen and it didn’t affect our overall impression.
