This was our 4th time at the Belroy in 2 years, we’ve definitely found a winner and our new hotel for our trips to Benidorm, location is a 10/10 close 2 minute walk to strip but far enough away it’s quiet and mellow, beautiful beach views as only 1 street up from the beach, hotel was squeaky clean, maids every single day. The staff is what tops it for us! Everytime they are sooo accommodating, they can’t do more for you, nothing is an issue. We won’t be going anywhere else now.

There was not one fault about the hotel.

Everything was excellent: room, food, services, the kindness of the employees.The hotel is very clean.The food absolutely excellent, there wasnt anything we didnt like and it was not repetitive.The room was modern and big and although it was facing the pool once the door was closed no sound came in. The pool is big enough and its nice that in the afternoon half of it is in the shade.Always found a place by the pool, even in the afternoon, the guests took their towels if they left.Quiet during the night, no party people, the hotel is managing this very well.Would come back if in Benidorm again!

Liked the security feature to access the lifts, felt very safe. The apartment was spacious and the small kitchen was well stocked with toaster, kettle, microwave. Bonus to have shampoo, body wash, handwash provided. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed. Lovely balcony which overlooked the pool and wide enough that 5 of us could all sit out there together. Poolside bar was great.

There’s a sensor light above the front door which was annoying for the people sleeping in the bedroom. It would have been better if that sleeping area was partitioned off so that the light didn’t affect them and would give them a bit more privacy. Think spa bed price could be reduced if you only have them half a day.

Location and apartment has 4 single beds which is great for us travelling with friends

We found this time the young man working in the bar and pool area to be rude and very quick to swipe towels off beds even though we were sitting there all day never left hotel this occurred whilst I was in the pool … if you are going to have a rule in place you need to be observant take towels away from beds from those who haven’t sat there all day not those visiting the toilet or having a se. No smiles no please or thank yous. On the other hand the reception staff are amazing nothing too much trouble remembered us from last year special mention to Demitrious such a lovely man

Good quality hotel in what I’d call the centre of the Levante beach area. Close to most entertainments you’ll need for a holiday. Helpful staff. Plentiful breakfasts included in the price (when booked direct with the hotel); comfortable room (mine didn’t have. balcony). Good pool area, with a a small indoor pool too. Despite being quite central to the main bars and clubs strips at Levante, the area around the hotel was pretty quiet at night. I’d stay again.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food.

Pool is ok size but not much to do for children as can’t swim, can’t jump in etc so my kids didn’t want to visit the pool. Charging for parking is cheeky. If your paying 400 euros a night I’m sure parking should be free as 15 euros a night or the 18.50 in the central car park becomes expensive when staying there for a week

Great location, apartment was new and spotless, super spacious.

I received a message from the hotel, IN THE CHAT OF BOOKING.COM where I was exchanging all messages with the hotel regarding my staying, saying the reservation would be cancelled because the credit card was not accepted. It happened it was a fraud attempt. The hotel simply said they didn't send that message and that it was a problem from booking com. I spent a morning cancelling the credit cards, calling booking.com and talking with the hotel. Parking in the area is really hard. The beds, mattresses and specially the pillows were very bad, really uncomfortable.

This hotel was extremely clean, in a wonderful location and the staff were amazing. Beds are super comfy and very well cleaned. Bathroom a great size and balcony a good size too. Considering the noise of benidorm you do not hear anything with balcony door shut at night. Would never return to Benidorm as its not my scene but would return to this hotel if I did. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Booked room only - studio apartment. When checking in, lady in reception went above and beyond, she was brilliant and we ended up in a different type of room which far surpassed our expectations and needs for one of our family who is a full time wheelchair user. She ensured everything was perfect for us. Hotel was spotless in all areas we went in to. It was a member of our families birthday while there and staff saw the cards up in the room and left a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate which was a lovely gesture. All staff were fantastic. Couldn’t fault anything at all.

We don’t use all the hotels facilities but could not fault those that we did use.

So close to the beach Very clean Large room with comfortable linen Friendly staff (mostly) Large breakfast buffet that was well maintained, clean and refreshed often. Champagne and orange juice for breakfast! Clothes rail in bathroom for drying Fridge in room Large wardrobe Cafe Paris attached to the hotel had lovely staff and great matcha lattes and tinto de verano! Pool and table tennis available by swimming pool. Large lobby area Very close to supermarket, beach and restaurants.

Our bedroom was not at all soundproof like the listing said-our sliding doors didn't close properly either. Hardly any vegan options in the huge breakfast buffet. Please add soy yoghurt, more fruit, veggie sausages etc. to your menu! One staff member told me off for topping my small water bottle up with the water from the breakfast buffet. I was taking about 400ml! This was rude in my opinion. Noisy bathroom fan No iron in room (but maybe could have requested from reception) Room was very light at night due to light from hallway coming through a grate above our door. Everyone else in our party was upgraded to a room with a balcony apart from us :( but not a big deal.
