The Location was perfect. A few steps out of Finsbury Park Tube also Bus Stops close as well. Communication with the Host was excellent. There was a supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and a Cinema close as well. So for a solo traveller it was excellent.

The bed was uncomfortable. My room did not get serviced on a Sunday. I did not realise that the Bathroom was not in my room. The large bathroom was solely for my room, but you still had to exit the bedroom and walk past someone else's room to get to it.

I was nicely surprised at how good this hotel was. They send you messages explaining everything, from the wifi password to how to check-in and close ammenities. It has good access to the main London stations and you can find everything you need in a 5 minutes walking distance. The place was nice and clean ( and I've worked in 5* hotels so my standards are high). The room is cute and you have everything you need: hair dryer, kettle with coffee and tea, mini fridge, wardrobe and pluggins and USB entrance for your devices. The bathroom was spacious, with a big bathtub and shampoo and gel available. The water pressure is very good and you can regulate the tempeture as you like (this can seem silly, but in other places you dont have hot water). Again, it was very clean, and I am the type of person who would check everywhere.

To say something, the bathtub was a bit high, so maybe for some pleople would be hard to come in and out. But I am aware that they have other rooms with showers, so not a big problem.

Very good communication, situated directly at the tube station and restaurants and supermarkets nearby, usb loading station, fridge, coffee-making facilities, comfortable bed, very clean, wooden floor, hardly any noise if you close windows (only distant rumble of trains), big bathroom close to the room.

There isn’t really anything. Make sure you read the instructions you get beforehand carefully because you have to do check in yourself (However, if you arrive during daytime there might be a nice lady assisting you).

Everything was very clean and all the fixtures and furnishings were top quality. It's right next to the tube station with loads of eateries nearby. And despite the bustle outside, the hotel was lovely and quiet.

Be aware that this is a self-service hotel with no staff on duty (except the cleaners who come in each morning to service the rooms). So you get in by a PIN and then there's a further PIN to get your room key from a locked box. It's all very straightforward and there's an emergency number if things aren't working. Unfortunately, both the times I needed help, no-one picked up the phone. Thankfully, I was later able to sort out my problems. But for a while I was stuck!

Fantastic hotel. At first, after realising I had booked the room with the external bathroom, I was a little worried I wouldn't like it or have issue with walking past the other guests' rooms to get to the bathroom, but this wasn't the case. The room itself was great; very clean, the TV has access to various streaming services, the window could be opened for some fresh air and the radiator controlled for warmth. The external bathroom was spacious and very clean. Heard no noise from the outside or from other guests; finding the building and entering it was made simple due to excellent communication from the owner. The hotel is situated right next to a major station so getting around London was very easy and convenient too. So pleased.

This was the best hotel/apartment we have been to and we actually preferred it to a "normal" hotel room because it was more private and we had our own modern kitchen with all appliances, dining table with 4 chairs, two king size beds and a modern bathroom. Everything had been done up to a high standard. The place is excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing location! Right next to the station and a few new bars, shops etc (noodle places, pubs with pop up pizzas, marks and Spencer food hall etc). Nice a clean new build. Was great for a short stay!

Sofa bed not really a double (as advertised) and hard for my kids to sleep on. No windows to the outside! And no black out blinds on the one window letting light in from a skylight. Still good value for money and super clean for London. 2 stops on the tube to Kings Cross, and the station (basically next door) has plenty of really great links into city etc.

The location is very convenient and yet the room is very quiet. Only 1 min walking to the tube/train station and there are three lines you can catch. Several chain and small groceries within 5 min walking. Many restaurants. Elevator. The small fridge was very useful. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean.

The bathroom was external and a bit inconvenient. This is described and expected. But it is exclusively private and I did not have any trouble accessing it with good privacy. I never see anyone when I walk between room and bathroom though there is one room with guest(s) in between. The bathroom has a full bath and spotlessly clean with plenty of room.

Excellent location very near to tube, buses and overground for easy access to many areas of London and in an area with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema etc. The property is smart and clean and the room was very comfortable and included a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, iron, and even a hairdryer thoughtfully placed by a mirror with a stool to sit at. Bathroom was along the corridor but for our private use and was spacious and had everything we needed. There is no reception or staff on duty but clear instructions for access were sent by Bektas, who also sends useful local information and is available to answer messages if there are problems. Recommended as a good value, convenient base.

The TV was a bit dodgy; would not switch on at first and needed the aerial held in a certain position! A minor inconvenience.

Great location. Building was extremely secure so felt safe. It was clean, great decor and bed was uber comfy. Had a small issue with the tv first night but reported it and fixed next day. Very helpful and responsive landlord.

My only gripe was the bathroom. While it was private, as in only I could use it, it was down a corridor past another room. Having to walk past that room to use the loo, brush my teeth and get a shower wasn’t something I was comfortable with. This was just my preference though. If this doesn’t concern you, honestly couldn’t recommend this place more.
