I stayed for four nights at this very reasonably-priced and comfortable hotel. I was very satisfied with my spacious twin-bedded room on the fourth floor, accessed by lift. It was fitted with a wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair and wall-mounted TV. It was very quiet, as it faced away from the street. The heating was efficient and wi-fi connectivity was fine. Everything was in good order in the en suite bathroom. I found the staff on the reception desk very pleasant and helpful. I had breakfast one morning (paying an extra 10 Euros) and thought that it was excellent, with a wide range of items on offer. There are several tram stops close to the hotel and it takes around five minutes to walk to Alserstrasse, the nearest metro (U-Bahn) station. There is a large Interspar supermarket just round the corner and a fair number of decent cafes and restaurants nearby. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again. The fact that it is not in the historic centre of Vienna really didn’t matter, as getting there by public transport was so quick and easy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there was only one power socket in the room, though there were no fewer than three in the bathroom. It was located under the desk at floor level and the TV was plugged into it. This was really not very convenient.

"The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help. The breakfast was rich and delicious, offering a great variety. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet the metro station is within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it."

The only things I missed were a coffee maker in the room and a hairdryer for my hair. However, when I asked for a hairdryer at the reception, they immediately provided me with one, which I really appreciated

Low-cost type of hotel, but with style. Everything is functional, clean and as described. Breakfast offering has massivelly improved since spring 2023 when I stayed here last time. Now it's well worth paying €10 for an absolute wide ranging feast of bst that the Continent has to offer.

In this day and age the hotel feels compelled to conduct random checks on single guests staying in double, twin or larger rooms, just to make sure no illegal immigrants are being smuggled in to stay the night without registering at the reception. Housekeeping simply barges in the room and has a look around, if everything is legit, they'll make some random phoney excuse, delivered it with a charming apology and move on. I did not like being caught almost naked. On the other hand I witnessed people being evicted from the hotel following such checks, so I can understand reasons why it's being done.

The staff were friendly (and the candy at the reception was especially good). We drink tea often, and although there was no kettle or cups in the room, the reception kindly provided them upon request. The hotel itself is very simple.

When we first saw the building, the hotel sign was broken, which made us worry that it might not be well-maintained. Fortunately, it turned out to be a good value-for-money hotel. However, the hotel sign needs to be replaced. Additionally, since it has a German-style toilet, there was a strong bathroom odor after number two. The ventilation fan operates with a timer, and when turned on, it makes a loud noise.

Our stay at this hotel has been exceptionally pleasant. Prior to our arrival, I had made reservations at three other hotels in Vienna; however, this was the only establishment that responded affirmatively to our request to receive and securely hold our internet deliveries until our check-in. In a way, it felt as though our choice was meant to be. We requested a quiet room, and the hotel kindly accommodated us with the most peaceful option available. The hotel's location is highly convenient, being in close proximity to both a metro and a tram station. The surrounding area is pleasant and felt safe, even when walking from the station to the hotel late at night. Moreover, Lidl and Hofer supermarkets are located nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice and would gladly stay here again.

The only minor inconvenience was that, being situated at the end of the hallway, the room was slightly colder. However, we resolved this by moving the bed closer to the radiator, after which we remained comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel staff assured us that there was no need to reposition the bed before our departure. While the room did not include a minibar, it was not listed as an amenity in the booking details. Additionally, there was no hairdryer provided in the room, but upon request, the staff promptly provided one.

This hotel is a jewel in Vienna if you’re visiting for sightseeing with your family! Very nicely located to different types of public transport - you can go anywhere you like. Quiet back street with very little traffic and noise. Very close to the best grocery store chain in Europe - SPAR, so you can buy some stuff if you need or want. Very clean room. Don’t expect luxury and heavy royal family like furniture, but the beds were very comfortable. The room was just enough for two adults and two kids. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Had all you need.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the shower cabin was quite small (for a big guy like me). But I have rarely seen hotels with large shower cabin, so this is not a real issue. Just let you big guys, planning a trip to Vienna, know.

Excellent location, with Uber 8 EUR to the Christmas market. There is a lockable parking lot 9 EUR/day, but the spaces were limited, probably about 12 parking spaces in total. My room had a spacious terrace, which was a bonus. They gave me a hairdryer at the reception. The room was spacious enough. At the reception you can buy water, lemonade and maybe some chocolates from the vending machine.

Others might not like the noise from the street, but for one night it was not a problem. I found the room a little cool, but you probably had to adjust the temperature yourself. The twin room had very small single blankets. Maybe if I had asked, they would have given me a bigger blanket.

It is a fine place for couple of night. The room and the bathroom seem a bit worn out, but it is perfectly clean. There is a garage where you can park for 9 EUR/day. If you are staying during the weekend, when the street parking is free of charge (Friday 10PM - Monday 9AM), you should be able to find parking space in the surrounding streets. U-Bahn station is near-by.

No socket for phone charger by the bed. Beds are not very comfortable, but they are fine for couple of nights. Refrigerator in the room would be great.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the biggest perks was the hassle-free parking available in the underground garage, which is a significant advantage in a city like Vienna. Our room was clean, roomy bathroom added to the overall pleasant experience. The 24-hour reception was a great convenience, and the hotel itself was very peaceful. The location was fantastic—central and easy to navigate. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The shower drainage could have been better - water drained slowly and often pooled, spilling over the shower base.

The staf was very nice and friendly . And the breakfast only 10 euro with a large amout of choices , it was very delicious especially the dessert . Its worth the money

In our room there weren't any plugs near the bed so We needed to leave the phone in charge in the other side and the wifi was a little bit off
