Welcoming feeling with free juice and water at reception, lovely staff especially Jess who was so helpful! Room seems clean and it’s comfy and cosy.

The room could be a tad bigger for 3 people and shower wet rooms are generally such a mess to deal with bc the water goes everywhere but… for one night, it’s not unbearable It would be a dream if you could cast Netflix or mirror our phone screens to the TV - we wanted to watch movies and it would have been the perfect vibe if we could have done it.

The reception at this IHG hotel was very good in terms of the welcome i was given and it had the times of all the buses to the airport clearly visible . The bustop is on the road right outside, my flight was very early and i didn't want to walk in the dark although it is walkable without cases. I liked this modern large room. it was a good size, the bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and the shower room made me want to have a shower.

I think the airport hotels at Luton maybe a little over priced. They aren't right at the terminals which is a drawback.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the airport. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful , they even assisted us with leaving some bulky items we no longer needed by letting us use their trash bins. When we first entered the room, we thought the bed looked a bit too narrow for two. The staff were very patient and offered to switch us to another room, but it turned out that was the largest bed size they had. We didn't change the room at the end, but we truly appreciated their effort and kindness in handling our request. Another nice touch was the complimentary water in the mini fridge, as well as instant coffee and tea in the room. Overall, a very positive experience and a hotel we would recommend, especially for travelers looking for convenience near the airport.

The only downside was that the windows couldn’t be opened, which made the room feel a little less fresh.

I really enjoy the location. it makes getting to the airport so much easier. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and professional, which I really appreciate. As a suggestion, it would be great to have more options for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. For example, offering oat milk in addition to soya, and having gluten-free bread available, would be a nice touch. It would also be helpful to see a few more vegetarian options on the menu. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, although the price felt a bit high, especially since I only stayed for about five hours. That said, I stay at your hotel at least four times a year whenever I travel abroad, and I plan to continue doing so. Thank you for consistently providing a comfortable and convenient experience.

We booked a table for dinner, and (almost) everyone was happy with the food, two of us ordered pizza, very disappointing, the pizza was cold, not warm but cold. My pizza was taken back, but not the other one( he could not be bothered because we were so hungry). My pizza came back after to long , but it was hot 🔥 but it was the same pizza, It had just been reheated. It was like I was eating crackers. I had to break it because I could not cut it. That is how hard and dry it was. Our waitress was not much of a waitress, no apology or nothing. When I paid the bill, I was not offered a discount or nothing😳 not even "sorry". But the lady in the lobby gets 10 out off 10.

Very comfortable stay for a family of four. My husband also got to enjoy a beer in the 24/7 bar :) Great shuttle service to the airport in the morning that made sure we got to our flight in good time.

Whilst the room was clean and comfortable - there wasn't a huge amount of space for a family of four - thankfully we were just crashing for the night. The ironing board got in the way of the hangers so handing things up were a little tricky. My only other note is there was only one sachet of caffeinated coffee and one decaffeinated - parents of young kids who are flying early in the morning really need their caffeine! HA!

Proximity to airport, parking, DBB value, food quality and available selection, shower and dove toiletries, quiet rooms.

Room too small to open suitcase, food tables not wiped adequately, thin, small duvets.

Very handy hotel for getting to the airport early morning. They also start breakfast VERY early, like 3am I think? So handy to take advantage of that if you have an early morning flight. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and VERY comfy beds. I slept like a log. Great option for a night before your flight!

Our bathroom wasn't very clean. Didn't really matter as we decided to not shower there in the morning but wait until our destination, but we'd have been upset if we had to use the shower as it had hairs all over it and a bit of limescale too. Other than that, grand.

The hotel is very convenient to go to Luton airport if you have an early flight. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the staff were very helpful at the front desk. They printed some documents for me and kept our luggage while we had breakfast. Also, fully cooked buffet breakfast is available from veeeeery early in the morning (like 5:30), which was great for our early flight.

If you decide to walk to the hotel from the airport, it's not the nicest walk and it's mostly uphill! There's a bus that takes you right to it, so take that instead :)

Great place to stay. Good location and even though near the airport the rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the heating/ cooling in the room made for a great night's sleep. The room was cleaned every day with new towels etc supplied. Good quality shampoo and soap. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. The bar was a nice place to sit and chat in the evening The staff were super friendly and so helpful.

The parking was a little tight if you turned up later in the evening. But this was only a minor inconvenience and should in no way take away from a great place to stay
