that they had a refrigerator a microwave, a stove it was like a mini apartment

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the elevator wasn’t fixed

Dirty toilet in the room, hair on the bed , elevator didn’t work and was on the 4th floor

Did not get an opportunity to stay at this hotel. Received email reservation confirmation to check in between 5 -6 PM. Attempted to check in but was told there was no reservation. Clerk would not let me access the internet to retrieve the confirmation number. Then she located the reservation but said it was cancelled a couple of hours later because they gave our room to someone who prepaid after our reservation was confirmed but did not give me the option to prepay before checking in.

Better and clearer booking procedures and staff who were less rude and more helpful.

The tvs are nice and big and can move easily an the beds are comfy and the windows open

We weren’t even there for 2 hours an the pizza we had on the counter had roaches they don’t want to give us our money back so corporate will be next not to mention the guy staff was takin forever to come down to the window but when I was checking in he wasn’t even there he left an came back from Wendy’s

We did not stay here only had 3rd floor room no elevator! My husband can't do steps bad heart.

Staff didn't offer any help to including other hotels in area. We went 2 blocks down to a hotel instead.. were very helpful and hotel was cleaner entry and working elevator!
