The place was nice and clean upon arrival, but they only clean every 3 days and it ended up being much longer than that for me. If it was every 3rd day it would be fine, but I went 6 days without the trash being and the towels not available.

There were no hot items for breakfast. They didn't clean my room but once in the whole stay and I asked several times after the 3-day time frame they said they would clean in. The trash was overflowing, and I still had to ask them to come clean it they didn't show up and I had to leave the full trash cans outside the room and then people who passed by after they were empty dumped their trash in my newly empty trash bins. I was not happy at all with that and then had to go back to the front for new towels because no one had cleaned or been to the room.

This is my third time staying here. The staff always stands out by being friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The laundry facilities are visible , you can see staff, do laundry, cleaning rooms. I feel safe in the parking area, plenty of lightning . Shopping and restaurants surrounded the hotel. I travel with my children. My experience is that the hotel is family-friendly. I see other out- of -towners checking in. Traveling can be expensive. However, the rates are reasonable and affordable. Also, they provided breakfast snacks, which is nice. The first and second time I stayed here, they had a great selection for breakfast bagels , different cereals, milk ,coffee, and tea. This last time was weak, just bagels, but the rooms have mini refrigerators and microwaves, which is a big plus!

I have stayed in 3 different rooms , they need renovation, get rid of the carpet, upgrade the bathrooms, and the water pressure is not weak but not the best. However, maybe this is why the prices are so reasonable. With the cost of renovation, the rates would probably increase, and it would be out of a families price range.. maybe one room at a time.

The hotel location is exceptionally safe, quiet, and the view from the terrace looks great. I love the community around and one can actually walk around safely. Breakfast is fine but I hope there will be more options everyday for guests to choose from. Room is clean especially the bathroom. I will definitely recommend the hotel and come back.

Wall power sockets are not compatible with devices, like cellphones, having 3-pin chargers. Guests need to charge their gadgets in the reception as the room does not have the 3-pin power outlets to plug the charger.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, and again, it was a good experience. It's just a basic, clean room with a fridge and micro, with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent with the Redondo Beach pier just a few minutes down the road. The price was right too, using my Genius level discount from Boooking and fit our needs just fine. Breakfast choices in the lobby are pastries, yogurt, assorted cereals, and a waffle machine as well as a few other items like coffee and tea and juices/milk. Basic but enough to get your day started on the right note. Also, I did not see any homeless in that area lurking around.

The only thing I would change is the carpeted floors. Tile seems like it would be a better choice, but that's more of a preference type thing. Other than that, this place is a great value for the area its in.

Location to the courthouse is good, we just watched TV for a short time and slept ... didn't eat. The woman who checked us in was over the top patient with a non English speaking group that still needed to pay for an additional room. The TV didn't work right away but the gentleman who fixed it was prompt and friendly. All the employees did their very best, were polite and helpful ... from the lady who held the elevator and assisted an elderly gentleman on the way up, to check, to getting the TV going ... all good.

HUGE shout-out here to Chris, afternoon front-desk staffer, for his willingness to accommodate a need for early check-in time of 10 a.m. He did say this possibility was dependent on availability of a clean room, though several rooms were available when I spoke with him the day before. Every other chain I contacted stated flat-out that such a request could not be accommodated. It seems Wyndham — through Chris — is the only operator that understands the goodwill engendered by this clearly customer-friendly policy. Beth, morning front-desk staffer, was very friendly and cheerful. She happily gave me new room cards when those from the day before inexplicably were inoperative the next morning. Parking was convenient and plentiful, with many covered spots available. While the breakfast item selection was fairly good, refrigerated scrambled eggs, to be warmed in a microwave oven, would have been very much appreciated. This item could easily be added to the existing refrigerator and would be an ideal complement to the toasted bagels and bread already offered. WHY NOT?!?

Quite honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to post here. A few reviews here mention a front desk that’s hard to find, though this is because the office is on the second floor. Signs were posted on the ground-floor door which would be the logical location for the reception area. Maybe this is a response to said reviews.

The staff is always nice. The location is good. It’s close to the mall. The rooms feel homey.

There was a water leak in our bathroom. I reported it to the front desk and they literally got me another room in 5/10 minutes. The staff at the front desk were super nice and very apologetic. The rest of our stay was good after that.
