Excellent value for money,perfect location for our visit requirements,free parking,very helpful staff,always happy and glad to be of assistance for any question you had.We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly re visit when required. A superb no frills accommodation for a great price. Located a short distance from the Metro, it was ideal for our attendance at the Magic Weekend. Room had everything you needed for a short stay. Easy check-in and clean room great for our needs. It was cleaned and refreshed everyday. The bar was great with lovely bar staff. We had a meal which we really enjoyed. Thank you for making it an enjoyable weekend.

Good value pub/hotel 10 mins. walk from Hebburn metro. Shops 10 mins. away. Bus stops to Gateshead and Newcastle and South Shields just round corner from hotel. Good value Pub grub available from noon onwards.

Wi-Fi signal terrible. No breakfast available Mon-Fri, and only from 10am to noon on Sat/Sun.

Very clean. Comfortable bed though only a double. Room small but fine for 2 nights. Good quality towels. Quiet even though it’s above a pub & beside a road. Plenty parking. Tea & coffee restocked day 2, room tidied & bed made.

Plenty hot water but shower pressure very poor.

Basic and met our needs well for a great price. Was worried the room would be noisy being above a pub that was busy and open until late, but didn't hear a sound from downstairs. Check in was very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and felt recently refurbished.

Very limited options for hotel accommodation in the area when visiting family so location ideal. Excellent value at less than a hundred pounds for a Friday and Saturday night. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Beds very firm but that's personal preference, room very tired looking and poor shower pressure.

This was exceptional value for money and was more than comfortable for our nights stay. It had a fan for a hot summer night which many places don’t have these days. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I would definitely stay again.

Great value, comfy bed and private access to the pub and rooms. Plenty of hot water and good heating. Quiet, which was surprising as the pub was very busy! Secure parking and good work area in the room.

The cleaner could do with running the hoover around.

Food available till 9pm which was good and reasonably priced. Beds were comfy. Secure FREE parking. The price we paid was VERY CHEAP but the standards were well above average. Quite near the Metro station to travel around (abt 1 mile) and buses within 300 yards.

Our fault we booked on a Friday night when they were doing a Charity Karoake which was noisy. As this is a yearly thing we were unlucky. The Saturday was quiet and we got a good nights sleep

The staff were excellent and I would like especially to thank the gentleman who turned off the radiator as it couldn't be turned off.. nothing was a bother for him

The radiator obviously as previously said could not be turned off by us in the room where bed was but it was rectified.
