Comfortable, spacious room, comfortable bed. There is a kettle in the room, as well as a coffee maker. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. Very good breakfast, wide choice of fish, cheese, meat. You can choose from fried bacon, blood sausage, other sausages. Fresh fruit, tasty sweet snacks, pancakes. Good location, 15 min to the Old Town, 10 min to the Rotermann Quarter. Good sound insulation, quiet room. Very good view. Tasty food and cocktails in the bar, excellent view. The spa has a pool and 2 saunas. One of the saunas has a window with a good view, as the spa is located on the 11th floor.

We loved everything, you can not fault this hotel. From reception to kitchen staff is absolutely amazing, they are kind and they have huge problem solving skills. Breakfast is very rich , Jane , Emi, Kurli and Klara.... they are all individually so professional and so polite . The perfect team . Thank you so much for everything. I do not know the name of two receptionist on 16th feb night but they both did amazing job to solve two different issues . All team made our trip more special and unforgettable. We will definitely go back again because of the staff ...

Spa is closing at 9 pm and last entrance was 8.30 pm .We were just running from dinner to catch up the spa. Very cold country that can be open later than 9 pm. Female entrance door just front of showers , unfortunately you have to walk on dirty water to go into Spa area.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the lovely view it offered. The bed was large and exceptionally comfortable. The convenience of the nearby garage, with direct elevator access to the lobby, was a great feature. The internet connection, even the standard option, was fast and reliable, with no need to upgrade for better speed. The rooftop bar provided stunning views of the old town and the port of Tallinn, making it a highlight of the stay.

There were some drawbacks: the hot and cold water in the bathroom switched unpredictably, which was inconvenient. For a 5-star hotel, the minibar selection was disappointingly limited. Additionally, the rooftop bar closed surprisingly early, even during the festive Christmas period. One particularly unpleasant experience occurred on the last day when the housekeeping staff entered the room at 11 a.m. without knocking, while we were still inside and not properly dressed.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and professional. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I requested a late check-out, and they accommodated us without hesitation, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their excellent service truly enhanced our visit. Highly recommended! Ashel Dufour

The room was stylish, and I appreciated the modern design, but I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom mirror glass door. While it was pretty, it was see-through, which meant there wasn’t much privacy.

A very cozy and stylish hotel in the city center. The room is really spacious, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is especially wide and comfortable, with very cozy pillows. The hotel has a great spa center and a nice pool. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. One unexpected and pleasant surprise was how warmly guests were greeted by the breakfast area manager, Mr. Johnson. He truly made our days. The restaurant on the 30th floor is very good, though the staff there is not as welcoming. Overall, a truly great place to stay."

Quick and efficient check-in being upgraded to a room with a magnificent sea view from the 12th floor. Room was very spacious, extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb, with varied and very fresh products. Horison bar/restaurant on the 30th floor is an absolute must go, particularly for dinner/drinks at sunset time - reservation recommended as places are scarce and demand is very high. Cocktails were great and meal options are very good. Check-out very efficient as well. Bus stops from/to airport (bus number 2 or 15) currently located just in front of the hotel.

Nothing - all was very good!

- The hotel was clean and overall nice looking. - The view (16th floor) was great, especially with the sea view room. Really worth it. - The room was very large with a bed that was nice (if you like firm) - The staff, especially at the breakfast, was lovely. It really made the breakfast experience so much better to have that connection.

- The room was too cold, despite the AC cranked up (the room reader was indicating almost 23° but the room being quite large, the area closer to the windows was too cold) the blanket on the bed lacking, it made for a less than ideal night. At least on one side (the bed being large enough that there is a difference of temperature !) - The hotel doesn't have any link to the parking meaning that it was just normal city parking. 20€ for 24h is not that bad but the parking per hour is expensive enough that if you stay ~5h you still pay 20€. Making using your car for day trip/evening trip quite expensive parking wise (if you in/out too often). Having some kind of agreement would have been nice

The rooms are overall stylish and quite comfy, and they have nice views. Bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, which is great. Also worth mentioning the top restaurant, which serves excellent food. I expected this to be more of a business hotel, but the rooms, spa department, restaurants, and friendly staff make this a decent place for couples and even for honeymooners.

The mattress is quite hard on surface, like several other visitors have pointed out. Definitely not one of the worst out there, but could be easily improved by adding a soft mattress topper. The soft duvet and good pillows are able to compansate this to some extent. Also, the room temperature is quite low (around 20°C) and cranking up the thermostat doesn't seem to do much about it. You'd better have thick wool socks with you, if you wanna spend time by the window enjoying the views.

The hotel is fabulous. Our room was spacious and so cosy. Breakfast 1 word AMAZING. I loved the variety and the avocado toast was next level The staff...wow what a work force. They are elite! Thank you for looking after us so well

More a suggestion really. Our room was at end of a corridor and at an angle so you had to step in to the bathroom once you entered to close the room door. I would suggest having the opening of the door the opposite way around. Also some coat hangers outside of the wardrobe would be ideal especially for wet coats.

The view was great, comfy bed, very good shower, wifi strong and plenty of tv stations. The bar ok the 30th floor is really good and has a cigar room where you can smoke and drink a coktail.

For my surprise, staff was not that friendly - only one actually smiled and talked to us like we were guests, not robots or somebody that owes them money. The room was not as big as we thought. Some of the features in the room - lamp, powerbank - were not working.
