Outstanding Stay at Centro Hotel by Rotana I recently had the pleasure of staying at Centro Hotel by Rotana, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Special thanks to Mr. Mostafa at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. His friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. The room service was excellent, providing prompt and delicious meals that added to my overall enjoyment. The restaurant was fantastic as well, offering a variety of tasty options that catered to all tastes. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, which is always a top priority for me. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, making it easy to access the very near Sharjah international airport. As a regular guest at this fantastic hotel, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to my next visit!

I am used to travel extensively for work and I c an say that this level of care and service for guests is unusual, even in four or five stars. I was travelling alone with my toddler, I arrived late, but the receptionist Ganesh make sure that the check-in was quick, arranged for our dinner and upgraded us. At dinner once again the team helped me settling-in and gave me a baby chair. Room was nice with a kettle, tea, coffee, water bottles (they give you extra if needed) and large choice of TV channel. Dinner was good. We will definetly come back !

Black-out curtains could be better, but that's a minor detail.

Centro is just a few minutes away from Sharjah airport. Great value for money when having an overnight stopover. Rooms are very clean, staff are very welcoming and very personalised interaction. I stayed twice in a two week period and received a personal message from the General Manager for the second stay. The hotel even went as far as booking the same rooms for us as our first stay that we enjoyed so much!

I really don't have anything to say that I didn't like. Unfortunately had an early morning flight so was unable to try the breakfast. Next time will definitely review that as well

This was the perfect venue to get a good nights sleep before my early departure from SHJ the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel dining options were delicious.

The hotel should work with the airport to install walking paths between the hotel and the airport. The walk only took me 11 minutes, but I had to share a road with car traffic and walk across a gravel parking lot. I just couldn't justify waiting and paying for a taxi when I could literally see the airplanes out my window.

We stayed at this property on our arrival to Sharjah International Airport. The location of the hotel is good, as it's very close to the airport terminal. However, it's not accessible on foot. A short taxi/car ride is necessary. Staff was very helpful, hotel was clean and comfortable. We had lunch at the restaurant, which was very good. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel on your arrival and/or departure days in Sharjah.

It'd have been nice to have a shuttle to/from the airport.

The hotel itself is very descent, close to Sharjah airport, which is good for transfer travellers like myself. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The walking distance from the airport is short, but there are no sidewalks and no signs, so I had to walk by the road with car traffic. I understand it’s not the hotel’s management fault, but hotels like this should be built considering the comfort and safety of travellers. The air-conditioning in the room was very loud and didn’t work properly.

The hotel is near to the airport. Only disadvantage is no walking path from Hotel to the airport.

Taking a taxi from a very close location seems to be very bad. and i think the hotel need to look at Abu Dhabi airport where the guest can walk to the airport from the hotel which also similar. They need to do some arrangements for people who would like to walk to the airport from the property. Its only my personal view.

Stayed here during an overnight layover - you can easily walk from the airport to the hotel. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I got a free room upgrade and honestly, the hotel is so nice that I wish I'd stayed another night just to have a day to relax. Could not recommend it more!

While it's walkable from the airport, there are no dedicated sidewalks so you'd have to drag your suitcase through the gravel. A sidewalk or shuttle bus would be a fantastic addition.

It’s great that they let you check-in very early based on availability, because we flew to Sharjah early in the morning and were very tired. The hotel was clean. Staff were great.

I would say it’s a bit expensive. Also it’s very hard to reach hotel from airport on foot and we didn’t want to pay for taxi because the hotel is not far away but there are no pavements.

Everything... part from the Pilipino Guy in the morning was on the phone .I said morning to him and he ignored me because he was on you tube or TikTok 😂. The young lad at night was excellent and cheerful. Morning guy wasn't bothered about anything. Food at night was great. Plenty of choice. Fairly priced. It was dark at night and when I left so can't say much about the location. 🫡 maybe next time on holiday will stay with you again JAI HIND 🫡
