staff amazing , location is perfect , over all very comfortable stay

over priced especially during seasons , not all suites have a view to the outside , most are open to the lobby only , which feels suffocating sometimes with no sun , a bit of smell in the fridge and dish washer , definitely a good stay bit price is for a higher quality

The location for me was exceptional, the ease of going in and out without a big lobby was great. The staff were very helpful and willing. The room was nice.

Not enough storage in the one bedroom apartment units, the layout of the furniture was a little cluttered.

The bed mattress need to be changed to better quality.

Staff are very friendly, they are responsive and helpful unlike some hotels in the same location.

If I remove DND and expect staff to come to my room upon my request (cleaning or room service), staff knocks the door once and they enter immediately :). Not a big a deal but they need to bare privacy in mind and wait until guests let them in. Otherwise, everything seems to be perfect to me.
