No sangria in hotel bar disappointed

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, food is lovely. Ideally located close to cafe Benidorm which most people go to at the end of the evening. Stayed before and happy to stay again.

Some Rooms a bit small but the bathroom door is very odd, like a public toilet door. Still wouldn’t stop me staying here though.

The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They were absolutely fantastic when we lost our room keys. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Could not have asked for a more perfect hotel.

The walls are a little thin meaning you could hear most of what people next door were saying but didnt have an effect on our stay

The location was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing particularly Elena on reception not only was she really friendly. She also gives out lots of local tips. Also the chefs on both breakfast and dinner have to be commended for their presentation and professionalism at the show cooking. The food was totally amazing and there was always something for everyone.outside space was amazing with lots of sun beds and the staff on the bar were really friendly and very welcoming. The entertainment during the day was really good and they were very enthusiastic and entertaining.

Absolutely nothing just keep the standard up

The hotel had plenty of seating and sunbathing areas. There were ample lifts and ramps for anyone with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of choice of food in the restaurant. Very clean too.

Great location, rooms are clean and tidy although, the decor a little dated ( in the rooms). All the staff we met were brilliant. Pool area there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, plenty of space, especially as we were a group of 10.

We have stayed here many times and as a group of middle aged male friends the Venus is very welcoming because not all groups of friends are idiots.Thank you for accommodating a group of long standing friends on a 60th celebration 5 stars.

Food and facilities where really good staff where excellent really enjoyed our stay pool area was very good and plenty of sun bed for everyone and really nice pool

Really nice weather very hot so was very uncomfortable in room as no aircon as we where told it doesn’t go on because of it being out of season only thing that would put me of booking there again think yous should look into this

Cleanness, staff and location

Rooms where so hot but No aircon available in bedrooms because it was November had to leave patio door open to sleep

Lovely property in a great area

No air con in November and was so hot in bedroom, we had to wedge open door all night to let some air in
